Dealer responded quickly; however, vehicle was not equipped as needed.

I was informed that the vehicle is available for export after one hour I was told that Lamborghini does not permit to export the vehicle. After another hour again they said the vehicle is available for export. I requested the window sticker along with a workaround video and no reply. I was surprised by this inconsistency and poor customer support.

I work with Anthony, he was very helpful and professional. The higher management on the other hand took more time than was necessary on negotiations and back and forth !

Dealership low balled on trade in. They came in below KBB by thousands of dollars. After I received offer I felt I could not trust dealership. The salesperson was helpful.
