I was paying in full and the “finance” process was very cumbersome. The Sales Representative did an excellent job.

Salesman and finance managers when I first went in were short and at times condescending. Did not make me feel valued. Would not recommend to family or friends

Transaction entirely virtual. Have not received the truck yet. They have a list of transporters, so far the one I called is a terrible correspondent. But, dealership ad John M were very easy to work with. Good price, good vehicle (I hope). I would transact with them again. Need to arrange transport better, though.

I've been to 10 dealerships lately and this was a horrible experience! Jay was extremely rude to me over the phone! H kept telling me he had to go bc there was a man in front of him who needed help (I am a woman). Told me if i had a question then to check the website, I was shocked! Obvipusly my questions cannot be answered online or else I wouldn't have called! I've never been treated so poorly over the phone! After our 4 hour drive to the dealership they had absolutely no idea we were coming, even with an appointment. The car that I was scheduled to drive was a mile away! The price I called about on the car and verified is not the price they were actually giving us at the dealership! It was $4k more than what I was told??! We spent 2 hours there because the car wasn't ready! At the end they gave a totally different price! They also claim they do not use Kelly blue book to give you a fair trade in! The estimate I got for my trade in was $4k less than other dealerships! Stay away!

This was a very easy process. The staff was responsive and easy to deal with. I was buying the car for someone else and did the entire process remotely. They were very accommodating. We negotiated a fair price with little no drama (like dealers are known for).

What started as a search for a used car, turned to buy a new car. I worked with Jeff he called and went through the numbers and gave me sound advice. The staff was friendly and patient with me while I went through the decision process. It worked out better than expected- thank you Team
