Fuse Keeps Blowing

The windshield wipers on my 97 talon wont work. I thought it was just a blown fuse but every time i change the fuse it immediately blows again. Anyone know what could be going on?

90 Eagle Talon Idle Problems

Every time i start my talon i need to keep one foot on the gas and brake to keep it alive. i need to rev it at about 1000 to keep it from spitting and sputtering and then dieing. any ideas?
