F150

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My truck was running great had low fuel level
around 47miles I put it in reverse and then put it on
drive, but it still kept going reverse so I put it on
park and the sensor went off like if I was still on
reverse. I turn the engine off and now it won't start
lights and everything turn on but the brake and the
power steering are hard.

Your shift linkage came off from transmission and that's why it won't start because it stayed in reverse so ur neutral safety switch is not made. Check linkage
