You may want to match the XXX/XX/RXX on the Tires that on the Chevy Truck with that on your Ford vehicle and then check with your local auto shop to have them confirm and change Tires are Tires They are sold by size, width, and hight besides that there are also made and designed with a purpose in mind example might speed or passenger car light truck use, or a temporary spare. the tire should be in good condition and at a good price because there will be a charge for dismount , mount ,balance , disposal , most of these would be free if you just bought new
If the tire size is correct the tire may fit but the wheel will not fit as the bolt hole pattern and wheel design parameters are not the same.
