Question type: General

I wrote a review within the specific guidelines for a car
dealership that I purchased a vehicle from through
CarGurus but somehow that dealership was able to get
there negative review removed, how?

I wanted this in a public area to see if anyone else noticed this also. Dealerships seem to be able to pay or threaten to have any negative review removed from their page.
