I have a Ford F250 super duty and it's a standard truck what
type of transmission fluid should I use for my transmission

Check your user manual. Page # 224. 5 Speed Transmission: Synthetic MERCON ATF 6 Speed and Automatic: Motorcraft MERCON ATF

It's a 1999 Ford F-250 and my user manual is lost

Ok, Depending on 5-speed or 6-speed, use the image above. The info is on page 248. Also, Here is the manual for your truck. http://www.ford-f250.com/manuals/1999%20Ford%20F- 250%20Super%20Duty%20Owners%20Manual.pdf

If it is an automatic it now uses Mercon V. I would not advise using anything else.
