Fuel pump

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 1998-99 Dodge grand caravan 3.8 i
have replace fuel pump ,filter, fuel pump
relay, and automatic shutdown relay. Pump
sounds like its workin in tank but no or very
littel gas comes out. No pressure what so
ever on fuel test port. Im toatly baffeld about
this for weeks now. Im stumped us there
anything i might be missin.
