My car wont start

I have a 2002 honda accord ex i have replaced the
distributor and the crank censor and neither has
help start my car. But i replaced the spark plugs
and she started but putted alot when i would turn
her off and on and then she wouldnt start again idk
what to do my mechanic stooped... Please give
some ideas
