egr valve

i put on a new egr valve on  and i put 50 miles on the vehicle the check engine light came back on setting a code po 401 i need a diagram of the vacum lines going to this chyrsler town and country van egr system could i put a vacum line in the wrong place to set this code.

did you reset the computer after you replaced the valve ? Unhook the positive cable from battery for fifteen seconds ,then reconnect . vacuum line error is possible but if it's like most newer vehicles the lines preety much route themselves . If one is stretched or hass too much slack I'd start looking there .
