f150 2010

Asked by Sep 12, 2015 at 02:14 PM about the Ford F-150

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

at 55 to 65mph it sounds like bad bearing  changed all 4 wheel bearings. rotated all tires. It does it more frequent in 4 wheel drive. It sounds like you are running over rumble strips. Doesn't do it all the time.

There was a recall on 2010 F-150's with two piece drive shafts. I have one. Didn't make the noise you indicate, but maybe worth a check.
