2013 Cruze wheel replacement

I have a 2013 Chevy Cruze LT Turbo and have access to winter tires from a
2013 Ford Focus. The bolt pattern is the same. Can I put those tires on my car?

They are not the same wheel or lug pattern, the Cruze is 5 x 105 and the Ford is 5 x 108. Test fit them first. What are the tires sizes?
