what causes driveline vibration between 2000 and 3000 rpm, during take off?

Engine/ driveline vibration occurs between 2000 and 3000 rpm during take off
from a standstill.

Could be wheel balance is off. I would rotate tires and balance if that has not been done recently.

If the drive line itself vibrates then it is out of balance or bent or a U joint is going out. A driveshaft shop could probably balance it for you or repair it.
