Vibration in 1st gear

Hi all hope you can help,
I have a lot of vibration in 1st gear when accelerating quickly, if i ride the clutch slightly i can get away smooth, i`ve had the problem since I bought the car 15,000 miles ago and it hasnt got any worse.

Any ideas??

have you cheaked to se if a engine and gearbox mounts are tight if not could just be a shit clutch

Hallo Steve, I have similar problem with my vectra, it was the holder of the engine it was brocken.
