This truck is amazing, there is nothing lacking in the design or capability of this truck. I would buy one again in a heartbeat. Way to go RAM, you really crushed the competition with this one.

Ride is exceptionally smooth for such a large vehicle. Uconnect 4C Navigation infotainment system is top-notch. So happy I was able to find a RAM with the Level 1 Safety Package, the lane-keeping system is perfect and doesn’t over-correct. Normally you bounce from edge to edge with the lane-assist catching you each time, but RAM’s system corrects the wheel just back to balance the vehicle center in the driving lane. Hope to install after-market LED headlights/fog lights as any halogen (even HID bulbs) on any road at night is so 1993, and after-market blind-spot monitor tail lights. Superb truck overall, yes it is pricey, especially the base 2022 models, but trust me it the Ram 1500 is worth every penny, just do your research and if you can’t customize from the ground up, search until you find one already built with the things you need.

Bought a 2021 5.7 1500 Ram. Went on vacation parking it at the Philly airport. Went to Fla for 8 days with fob in hand. Lot attendant observed it start on its own , ran in idle for 3/4 of a tank of gas then shut down. Arrived back to lot from Fla . When I was informed of what happened. Had to get gas to start , only to find out it’s was now missing badly . Took it to dealer to find out the lifters and cam were gone. Only 1700 miles on it. Seems there is some weight to the theory that depending on the crank to lube it doesn’t work. I also own an 2018 watch the exhaust manifold bolts they two were bad

I test drove a 2021 Ram 1500 Laramie. The truck had great features, a 12 UConnect, Ram box, cargo management, Panoramic sunroof, Hemi. Beautiful Delmanico red color. I found the driving experience to be numb, its smooth, just too smooth for me. My current truck, a lifted 2008 Dodge Ram 1500 is probably the reason why. Im used to my brick on wheels. Anyway, I really like the 2021, just not what Im looking for right now. I do recommend this truck if a very smooth drive is what youre looking for.
