2020 Mazda CX-3 Overview

The CX-3 is Mazda's smallest four-door car. It is a subcompact crossover that's light on space but heavy on style and driving fun. It competes with the Hyundai Kona, Kia Seltos, Chevrolet Trax, Honda HR-V, Toyota C-HR, Nissan Kicks, Ford EcoSport, and Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. The 2020 CX-3 is a carryover from the previous model year.

With a 101-inch wheelbase, the CX-3 is a tight place for four adults but is best made for two adults and their cargo. Total space is 43 cubic feet with the rear seats folded and 18 cubic feet when raised. Sold in one trim, Sport, the front-wheel-drive (FWD) CX-3 comes well-equipped with only a handful of factory options: all-wheel drive (AWD), three exterior paints, rear parking sensors, auto-dimming rearview mirror) and a few more port- or dealer-installed accessories (such as roof rails, ambient lighting, door sill trim, and bumper trim.

One engine and transmission are available: A 2.0-liter inline-four with 148 horsepower and 146 pound-feet of torque. The six-speed automatic transmission has a sport mode with manual shift capability. Like all Mazda models, the CX-3 feels eager to turn and is nimble on back roads. But the lack of a turbocharger and the older transmission make it louder and slower than some competitors. Fuel economy is EPA-estimated at 29 mpg city and 34 mpg highway in FWD and 27/32 in AWD. Automatic adaptive LED headlights with auto high beams, rain-sensing wipers, and 16-inch alloy wheels are standard. Other conveniences include push-button start with keyless entry, an electronic parking brake with auto-hold, and auto climate control.

A 7-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, voice recognition, and six-speaker stereo are the major tech features. Safety features are also abundant, aside from the usual requirements. These include forward emergency braking with pedestrian detection, lane departure warning, adaptive cruise control, and blind-spot monitoring. The 2020 CX-3 is an IIHS Top Safety Pick+ for scoring the best in six crash tests and for headlights and collision avoidance.

The 2020 CX-3 starts at $20,640 with FWD or $22,040 with AWD. Painted in Soul Red Crystal Metallic (a gorgeous and surprisingly high-quality finish) and every option and accessory available, a loaded CX-3 tops out at $26,150 with destination. Competitors offer power heated seats, sunroofs, and more tech and luxury features but cost considerably more. The CX-3 is a more basic package but still a worthy car.

Can I Sell A Leased Car

I currently have a car that is leased with Mazda. 22 payments remaining out of a 4 year lease. Is it possible to sell a leased car, and do you have any options for selling online?
