I had a 2010 mustang GT 13 years ago and traded it in for a new F150.
Nice truck but I regretted losing the mustang. I vowed to own another mustang when I retired. That day has come and I was lucky enough to find a great buy on another 2010 mustang GT. I absolutely love it. I got an exceptional deal and I only wish it had navigation. Everything else about it is perfect for me. Oct 02, 2023

These cars are great and the year models between 2005 to 2010 are quickly becoming a legend. They handle great and have plenty of power. I believe that the car is a great value because one that has been take great care of seems to have bottomed out in price and may be on the increase. I think the car is missing a stylish interior that looks expensive, this series of Mustangs seems to have a general and plain look without much character. I think the models that are comparable are the year models from 2005 to 2010.May 16, 2020

Car that fits every fun-loving character. It's very fun to drive, it's a muscle car after all, you can feel the power, however the gas bill can also be a treat. I was looking for a fun car to drive and didn't care about paying a bit more for the gas because after all you only live once. It's very reliable not a lot of electronics therefore almost nothing can go wrong in that department.May 23, 2015

I had my mustang for 5 years now. I did not have any issues with it yet. The acceleration is nice, of course this is not a V8, but it is a fun car to drive. In my opinion, this is a 2 seats car because the back seats are not comfortable. May 14, 2015

There was nothing bad about driving this car. It has a sporty comfortable ride as well as being very comfortable with the premium package. I thought i wanted a V8 when originally looking at mustangs but then i realized that the V6 gives you all the power you need.Mar 26, 2015

It has been 2 years since i purchase my 2010 ford mustang GT premium, 4.6 l V8 370-390 hp, i put aftermarket parts such as high flow intake, 62 mm throttle , american thunder axelback flowmaster, lower 1.5 inch changing the springs, stability front and back arms.

I like the way this Mustang is put together. The last GT Convertible I owned was the 1995 model. This is night and day difference. The car seems alot heavier but more powerful in comparison to the 95. The latest and greatest electronics are a plus also.Jan 20, 2014

The ambient lighting is one of my favorite features. It allows the driver to change the color of the lights through out the car and to make custom combinations. I also love the sync services voice automated directions and phone dialing all hands-free. The shaker sound system is tuned to perfection and the sound quality is exceptional. The trunk is really large which is surprising for a convertible. So storage room is never a problem. The back seat is a bit cramped if your riding in the back it is not as roomy but if you and your spouse or friend are traveling with out additional guests then your in good shape as the driver and passenger seating is both comfortable and spacious.Jan 13, 2014

This car was so simple to drive during the first weeks over my past V8 Stick 08 Mustang, the control was given back to you and not the clutch. Much more forgiving power wise and much more comfortable ride. The gas is comporable of how eratic you drive. My V6 gets 34 to the gallon if i drive properly and then 12 if i am acting like speedracer. this car does go but i don't recommend that because it still is a powerful car. Much more visibility then earlier models, no more guessing when you can stop backing up or relying on a camera or sensors. Good turning radius that is only better with ease of transmission. They got it right this time, i have drove stick for 3 months, and find it much, much easier then other v6 mustangs with stick i have driven, also has an insane idle RPM of about 750, well thats my opinion. I love the way it handles around winding roads or at high speeds, I always felt in complete control of any situation, the traction control helps keep things together when needed. Turn off the traction control and with the super charger you definately feel the acceleration. If you really want to keep the mosquitos away, put the hammer down and when you hit second gear...the tires are still smoking! Tires are too expensive, so I only tried that once. The SYNC is a wonderful addition to human comfort. As you travel down the road and decide to call someone, just press the steering wheel mounted control and before you know it, you are making contact with someone at the other end. And if by chance you have the Shaker system in blast mode while someone tries to call you, the music fades, the phone rings, press the phone button and again hands free you are in contact with someone at the other end! When you finish your conversation, viola you are automatically reconnected to your music at the point where it left off. With the mp3 connection, auxillary connection, and six disc CD changer, you could spend a long time listening to your own music befrore turning on the AM, FM, or XM radio system. The instrument cluster has digital readouts to help you keep track of certain functions such as fuel consumption, oil life, door ajar, not to mention of host of other annuciations, which also includes the ambient lighting package which will blow your mind as you open the doors and see the Mustang writing inset of the door frame in a variety of colors that you can choose as well as the instrument cluster and interior lighting! The "Mustang" door insets and color matched leather striping and stitching to the paint is absoletly beautiful! And the tinted windows help reduce the UV damage which is ever present when you are out in the sun. And occasionally when you are driving at dusk the automatic HID lights come on and now you bathe the road ahead of you in super bright lights that help you to avoid the dangers lurking on the side or middle of the road. The climate control helps keep you in complete comfort, and if you need a little boost in the winter just a press of the button and now you can heat the seat you are in. Also if you feel so inclined you can adjust your seating with the six way power adjustments to include driver lumbar support. On the exterior the beautifel Kona Metallic Blue really shows off, and to help protect that color a rock chip protector film has been installed on the leading edges to include the areas just behing the wheels for added protection. The installed security system helps deter thieves, and the added lock protection on the wheels makes someone think twice about relieving you of those 19" Fan Turbine wheels and tires. This car is fun to drive, lots of power, and looks great with some of the old school style that made mustangs famous. Having a 5-speed makes driving exciting again and although torch red wasn't my first choice, its a great color and a car that stands out.
The only downside is the stereo is almost too nice/loud that you have to turn it down to hear the great sound coming from the horsepower under the hood. There are lots of additions to make this car meaner, but stock was enough for me right now. Jan 31, 2012

This is a car to be seen in. And people due notice you. It is a stop llight rocket. Aftermarket bling and performance stuff is all over the place. If you enjoy driving then t his is the moderate price machine to get. This is a "Drivers Car" Syling has touches of the 60's to 70's with the best of todays electronics. Acceleration is great, quick, and even on the standard V6, has a nice sound to it. Braking is nice, especially since so many people where I live drive like idiots. I've had since May 2010, and I've had no problems except within the first month after having it, I felt a few drops of water leak onto my foot while it was on the pedal, got it checked out, couldn't find anything wrong with it. Very smooth ride, handles great! Probably more due to tires, but handles on wet roads well, does ok on ice and snow. I love both the interior and exterior styling. Has a classic, vintage interior look to it. Gets ok gas mileage, but its a great car so I deal with it. It's an awesome car to drive. Just the basic standard V6 turns heads.Feb 01, 2011

Car built for the straights all right. Very happy on the highway. Quality is outstanding, optional extras are almost listless, and fun fun fun to drive. Would like a V-8 someday, but this serves as a good platform to get into the American Muscle market. What I've been told is all very true. For the V6 the Mustang has some respectable power. The gearing on the car
seems to compensate for the 210 horses. So far the engine has been strong
and sound.
The car is a blast to drive and looks stunning. However fuel mileage for the V6
is poor and simple creature comforts are missing from the Ford Mustang. First
off there are no automatic headlights. You MUST turn your headlight on
manually. Next there is NO option for a sunroof....EVER. You go hardtop,
glass top or topless, or go home! Please don't ask Ford for a sunroof on your
Mustang! Also, there are other little things missing, like garage door buttons on
the rearview mirror *(even on upper echelon trim options) are NOT available.
It's kind of odd.
The Ford Sync and iPod jack help ease pain of the aforementioned missing
options, as well as the dual cigarette lighter sockets.
All in all, if you want a basic, true grit sports car and are not into a LOT of
creature comforts as I am, then this is the car for you. My wife loves it and

2010 Ford Mustang GT, accelerates great, breaks great, and handles great, there is just all that weight in the front that you can feel when you turn. The overall quality of the build is great Ford Sync recognized me soon as I got in the car. The exterior I picked from a list, Grabber Blue with a hood scoop, It was a GT Premium that ran about $37,000, Interior had black leather seats with Grabber Blue stripes running down them. Kona Metallic Blue 2010 Mustang GT Premium coupe: This color is amazing, beautiful metallic blue in the sun, purple at dusk or dawn, and black at night. The car was ordered with factory options; comfort package, security package, HID headlights, manual transmission, & Track-Pak Option. As you can imagine the handling is phenomenal! The acceleration is fantastic with that good american torque that was in the cars of the 70's. I am very impressed with the handling improvements and braking. This is not a grand touring car like a Jaguar. But there aren't any autobauns in america either. This is the perfect car from the traffic light to the next. It is enough car for most individuals lookinag for a little fun with a car with enough handling attributes to keep you out of trouble if you have some common sense.
