I Love It, (: — Good car for going pretty much anywhere, even trips. Reliable, dependable, and does a good job for a 4 banger to get up on the high-way, or to pass someone. Breaks were very touchy at first, but I now need new breaks, I've had the car since 2009. It handles great. It's needed 4 repairs total: bumber repaired after accident, new driver mirror, and undercarage had mud packed underneath it, because it sits too low to the ground, and oil changes. I like the inside of my car because it's black, and my car is a wine-red color. You get about 26-30 mpg in the citty. 28-34 mpg on the highway. The car is really fun to drive in the summer time!!

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: good gas.

Cons: the car sits too low to the ground.

Quite The Car Even Though Its A 4 Cylinder. — I absolutely LOVE this car, she has some get-up-and-go for a 2.0L! Brakes are great. Took her through some round-abouts and handles like a dream! She's brand new so I haven't run across any problems with her. Love the color black, absolutely LOVE the rims. The interior is very nice, great sound system, nice cloth seats. Gas mileage is great compared to my previous car. Only down side to having it is that I have to wash her a lot. It's a great car to drive if you're looking to save $$$!

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: $$$ saver, great on gas, and very sporty-looking

Cons: Can't think of any unless you're looking for a performance car

Its Cheap. Take Your Pick. If You Want Something Just To Get From Point A To Point B. Get This. — Performance- it has very little. Since the car is quite sizable and the engine quite small, it doesnt have much get up. Build Quality- its a Ford. While everyone hails the progress of Ford, they still have a lot of progressing left to do. Appearance- its oddly proportioned. Cost of ownership- the only redeeming value of this car is that its cheap to buy and cheap to maintain. Fun factor- It doesnt have a lot going for it in this category. Its suspension, while insanely firm going over bumps is also extremely wobbly through corners.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Its cheap.

Cons: Its Cheap.

Wouldnt Trade It In — this car is fun to drive with enough space that even my grandma likes to ride with me in it and she can be very picky. it is fast and doesnt have a problem with accelerating but is smooth enough that you enjoy traveling where ever you go. with an estimated 35 mpg it also means you wont have to keep stopping for gas along your drive.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: comfort, handling and just enough speed with a surprisingly huge trunk you gotta see to believe

Cons: none

So Far, I Am Completely Satisfied With The Purchase I Made. —

I've only owned this car for about 6 weeks and so far it's exceeded my expectations on just about every level. I had previously drove a fully loaded '07 Fusion SEL and the end of my lease was approaching so I went to the dealership, test drove a few new Fusions and they really didn't excite me like I thought they would. I looked around the lot and out of a handful of different trim level Focus's they had, THIS one said, "Hey, over here!" I test drove it and immediately was impressed with the "launch" this car had, considering I was used to a 3.0 liter V6, I figured this 2.0 liter "four-banger" would be a dog in comparison. I couldn't have been more wrong! WOW, pedal down and it want's to GO! And the acceleration didn't diminish as I was quickly approaching 50mph. I smashed the gas and it went from 50 to 90, in a snap! There are several key things that I would like to point out, but there is ONE major one that was a big selling point for me and it wasn't the dealership, nor the friendliness of the sales/financing staff. This car actually "sold itself" as soon as I sat behind the wheel. For me, a guy that stands over 6' and weighs in around 220, I feared this car would be small and uncomfortable but it wasn't at all! There's plenty of leg room and head room to go around. I can't say the same for the backseat though. Thanks FMC for yet again going above and beyond to satisfy your loyal customers, year after year. Keep up the good work and I will forever be a "Ford Tough" customer!

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: sporty styling, handles like a dream around corners, Great price for the amount of Car!

Cons: If you will be using this car as a "people mover", look into a bigger model with more space for backseat passengers.  This car wasn't designed with the "adult" backseat passenger in mind.  The leg room is next to nothing when the front seats are fully slid back.

Good For The Price And A Nice Car For A Ford — I really have no serious complaints about this car except for the fact that I dont like Fords. The interior is nice for its price and I like the radio display screen and guage lighting. The rear end of the car seems lacking in appearance.. kind of cut off.. But it is a pretty nice car really.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Gas efficient and comfy to an extent

Cons: none really.. if youre looking for a bare bones cheap gas efficient car
