2009 Lancer Gts — seams like it has almost no low end power... have to get the revs up to about 3K for it to really go. Brakes are freagin awsum! could have better tires tho. This car LOVES to go fast! you go 90 MPH it feels like 60 other cars so you have to watch your speed...

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: fun to drive and good MPG

Cons: fit and finish

Car-for-the-money — Performance - strong 2.0lt, great leap, good handling (could improve a lot on it) Build Quality - a lil squeaking when first took-off of the day 2.0 lt engine give you leap like a leopard, the slick handling and the comfortable seats and interior give it a more fun- to- cruise experience. A car to take it out just for the sake of driving experience.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: handling

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Good car for the price !

A Luxury Ride That Looks Aggresive And Won't Break The Bank — Got the Lancer Aspire 09, it has everything i needed in a car. Not only does it look great but it performs well too. Hey of course I wanted the EVO but it wasn't practical since I am still on my Red P's. I'll get there though

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Style, Comfort & Looks

Cons: It ain't an EVO -

Solid In Just About Every Way — Exterior has smooth lines and very aggressive styling making the car look like it packs a larger punch than it really does. Interior is comfortable and very well put together with some nice "luxury" features like leather seats. It also feels like a very well-built car. No major problems thus far, and for a somewhat sporty sedan it still manages adequate fuel economy even when driven aggressively. Only complaint would be that the car looks too similar to the true sportscars Mitsubishi offers like the Ralliart or Evo yet only offers a small performance advantage over lower trim lancers like the GT or ES. However this problem can easily be solved with some aftermarket tuning. Overall i would recommend this car to anyone, it's been great so far and feel it will continue to be a lot of fun for many years to come.

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: Gorgeous appearance

Cons: Sluggish compared to a true sportscar...if thats what you're looking for

Fun To Drive And Attractive, Yet Affordable —

Amazing value for a very attractive and versatile ride. Thanks to the paddle shift transmition and spriteful four-cilinder 170 hp 2.4L MIVEC engine, you can have a tight little tourer on the road and a practical city vehicle with decent gas mileage. Performance is not breathtaking but certainly capable and lots of fun to drive. Many plug-and-play upgrades are available to improve performance, including programmable ECUs and turbo kits. Well tuned suspension, rides nicely on stock 18" Dunlops on very attractive ten spoke wheels. ABS and Electronic Braking Control on all four wheels, combined with front wheel drive gives good maneuverability and confidence on the road. Sedan configuration and roomy 60/40 back seats make it a practical sports car. Interior is sporty and well appointed, more practical than luxurious but comes with a capable 6 CD mp3 stereo with 6 speakers, iPod interface and a very welcome automatic AC. Bluetooth integration comes standard, which is practical and contributes to the futuristic feel of the car. Leather wrapped steering wheel has good controls for cruise and stereo. Safety is best in class, with 7 airbags, four wheel ABS and side impact beams. Very attractive, turns heads, especially in Combustion Blue. Lots of aftermarket parts ensure lots of good fun to be had with tuning. All in all, an amazing buy.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Amazing value, CVT with paddle shift, attractive looks, class-leading safety options, auto AC

Cons: No power seats, no automatic locks, thin profile 18" tires may suffer from rough roads

Wouldn't Bye Brand New Again! — Love the car, HATE the service! the dunlop stock tires need to be replaced soon(after15K kms!). the dealership just has no love whatsoever! good on gas, fast(not evo fast but fast;), looks impresive without the cost of turbo and awd.

Pros: fun, looks

Cons: service sucks

Smooth And Sleek — Car doesn't have a ton of power but is great for tearing around the city! And the 18's look great when they're on for the summer. It has heated cloth seats which is a feature you don't see too often.

Pros: Comfortable

Cons: Not alot of power - only about 170 hp/ft-lbs.

Lancer Gts And Heevin =] — I like that the car is a bargain for the features it has compared to other sedans in the same price range. Acceleration, meh..could do better its just a 2.4 L with 168hp and 167 torque. Braking is very good, handling is amazing. Build quality is not so bad, it shows prestige in the interior and exterior. The appereance of the exterior is very sport-like, very stylish with the spoiler. The interior is very comfortable, a lot of space, leg room for back seat passengers, the sound system could do a little bit more. Gas mileage, its hard to tell you, I travel around 20 miles every week day, it lasts me around a week perhaps a bit less (I drive fast thats why). Maintenance is alright, I guess. Fun factor. Paddle shifters or the gear knob. Drift. Music, bass is pretty tight for stock.

Pros: Its stylish.

Cons: Its slow.
