Practical Everyday Car, And Some. — C200K Avantgarde. Sweet ride. Looks wicked. Love the classy interior. 1.8 cc supercharged engine, 135kw, 250Nm, 0-100 kays 8.9 sec. Not that powerfull compared to BMW'S 320i or Audi A4 1.8T, well at least I feel that way. Although you turn off the traction control, it's still there, sadly. Not that much grip on the steering wheel nor the seats when you're taking a corner at high speeds.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Looks, practicality, stylish.

Cons: Not much of a performance vehilce, although its a C-class.

I Like The Mb C280 So Far — The C280 is comfortable, smooth, solid and not 2 bad with Gas mileage.. the cost of ownership is not as bad as Edmunds TCO makes it out to be. (especially since I got it used) I cannot straighten my legs, and has much less space than my camry overall a fun car to drive..

Once You Drive This Car, You Won't Want To Get Out — The acceleration and handling keeps a smile firmly planted on my face. The carbon fibre interior looks great and every control is right where you want it. The seats are bolstered to really hold you in place and yet they're extremely comfortable. The exhaust note is very addictive. It's a little thirsty with the gas but with this type of engine it's actually not that bad. The build quality on this car is excellent. I haven't been able to find anything I dislike about this car.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Pure performance without sacrificing comfort.

Cons: Nothing

Comfy Cruiser — nice car but not much fun. build quality seems excellent and there are some nice design touches to make life easier. It can do 130mph and 50mpg but not at the same time. I wouldn't buy a new one but leasing it is ok

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: comfort

Cons: turbo lag and its a diesel

C 280 Amg — quality is super, feeling with the AMG package is sporty but comfortable, very good handling and fun to drive, very good harmony between the engine and 7-g gearbox, parktronic and panorama roof is nice extras, shifting gears with the pedals on the steering wheel functions fine and better than expected

Pros: quick, smooth but sporty, integrity

Cons: a litte thursty, but maybe not again due to it´s 231 horsepower

Awesome — Luxury , stylish , powerful , and comfortable But maintenance is expensive and the fuel economy is not great Small cargo too The best choice for a single person or married couple Not family , and not comfortable in long trips The power is great and stable since of 17" wheels And braking system amazing and the transmission is great The navigation system and panoramic roof added the luxury and beauty To this car

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: A car full of spirit and luxury

Cons: Maintenance and fuel economy

High-priced Junk. Stick With Bmw, Honda Or Toyota. — I bought the car under the Mercedes certified pre-owned plan because I believed I was getting reliability - I did not. Within a few months of purchase, a loud popping developed in the right front suspension. I took it in for repair and was told the mechanic "forgot to tighten down a bolt." A few months later, the same sound developed in the rear suspension. Diagnosed as the same problem. So much for Mercedes' expertly trained technicians. Later the transmission gaskets were leaking and had to be replaced for $1,000. The a bearing in the transfer case failed most likely due to a faulty transmission pump. I had to replace the entire transmission assembly because that is "the way it was designed." Another $7,000 for a car with 56,000 miles on the odometer. Problems with the valve body and tranny pump are well documented on this vehicle. I have heard Mercedes re-designed these units but that is no help if you aer stuck with the early design. This is not a good vehicle.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: None

Cons: More hype than substance. Had to replace the entire transmission and transfer case at 56,000 miles with no help from Mercedes. History of transmission pump and valve body problems. Mechanically unsound design of transmission one-piece assembly. NO admission of the above issue by Mercedes dealer. Repairs cost 1/3 the price of the car. Do not buy this vehicle.
