2008 Vw R32 — This car hugs the pavement very well. Cornering, acceleration, braking, are all very good. Build quality is great. I hope to keep this car awhile despite 15miles/gallon and the navagation system that doesn't label many street names. The car looks great! Primary Use: Commuting to work ![]() Looking for a Used R32 in your area?CarGurus has 33 nationwide R32 listings starting at $9,988. |

Vw Mk5 R32, Silver, Milltek Cat-back Exhaust System And Jr Drop-in Air Fliter — Did lots of research on other euro cars and came across the VW MK5 R32 and was very impressed with the write up and performance figures for a car in its class. Eventually i decided to go visit the dealership and viewed the car and didn't even test drive it....paid in full that very day and drove it home a few hours later after registering. Ever since that day, i've never looked back or regretted with my wonderful purchase and its definitely value for money and performance, the awesome DSG gear box and the all wheel 4 motion drive system which is great on wet days and needless to say on dry hot days. Pros: A great drive regardless of weather conditions and awesome performance for a car in its class... Cons: Nothing at all |

Little White Lightning — Hands down, my favorite car right now! It's great fun. Simple trips in the hood have become great drivin adventure. It keeps up with cars twice the price. Got my little torque monster pimped. It looks and sounds wild comin down the block. It handles well in all conditions. The first time I drove it as fast as I wanted, I could'nt help myself, I screamed! Pros: Many Cons: Gas Milage, it's a hungry! |

Vw Golf R32 — Fast, fun, 4 door family hatchback with a nice growling V6 engine. Flappy paddle gears or auto box, sat nav, electric everything, sunroof, park distance, cd changer. Performance and practical I just love the way it sounds and goes. Stereo could be better, speakers are not the best. Also would have liked an ipod adaptor but of course you can get an after market fitted one. Combined with 4 wheel drive and performance I don't want another car at the moment as what you get for the money can't be beaten. Two other 'bad' points would be fuel consumption if you boot it (petrol prices of course) and insurance group is high. Buy one now. Pros: Performance, handling, practical, fun, build, high equipment levels Cons: Fuel economy, insurance |

My Fun, Fun, Fun R32! — This car is so much fun to drive! All wheel drive and DSG tranny! Rain, what rain? Just keep the hammer down right on through the turn! Build quality is excellent. Mileage is okay. But, hey, I'll give a bit there for this great sounding, hard drivin' 3.2 liter V6! Pros: Fun Quotient! Cons: Nav system is fairly clunky. |

R32 — The best buy for your money. Engine of a sports car, interior of a luxury car. What else can i ask for? just a better navigation system and better iPod integration. One thing that i really miss is the Recaro Top Line Sports seats, that came out in europe and were banned for US. Pros: Perforrmance Cons: none |

2008 Vw R32 - Best Mood Booster Ever — I LOVE this car. There's torque all over the RPM range, it grips like crazy, sounds exotic, and is very comfortable. I wouldn't trade it for anything within 10k of its price. Pros: Fast. Solid. Grippy. Comfy. Cons: Fuel economy? What's that?? |

My R32 — This car puts a smile on my face everytime I start it on the morning. Sound (especially exhaust) is thrilling, handling is great and the DSG gearbox is just perfect. I wish it was just a bit better buikt (some squeaks and rattles) and that the steering was at least at the level of my Mazda CX7. Pros: Sound, performances, gearbox Cons: steering |
