The Best So Far — Doesn't even feel like I'm driving it. Tells you optimum gear for fuel consumption, even hands you your seat belt.

Pros: To many to name

Cons: Will add one when I find one

I Have Found My Perfect Daily Driver — An unbelievably balanced car, it has performance when you need it, and it is always a smooth drive, whether you're pushing the car or not. Everything about the car feels solid and driving it is so effortless, it quickly becomes an extension of your body. The 6-speed manual transmission is the smoothest I've ever used, and I tend to forget that I'm driving an all-wheel drive car. Also, I admit that I love tech and gadgets, and this car is full of them: GPS, iPod adapter, bluetooth connection for hands-free cell phone calls, auto climate, auto headlights, auto windshield wipers, voice commands, RFID in the key fob (I never have to take the key out of my pocket to unlock the doors or start the engine), iDrive system, etc. The list goes on...

Pros: One of the highest quality cars you'll find on the road, perfect for the
driving enthusiast.

Cons: It costs more than a Toyota or Honda and I'm sure I'll now be subjected
to inaccurate stereotypes.

You Will Love It — Absolutely brilliant!!!! Its fun to drive with good cornering and braking ability. Driving on the motorway is a dream and even at 110 miles an hour it is stable.

One Hell Of An Engine — its just a great sounding engine, with perfect power/torque delivery and just stunning grunt. absolute beast of a car... the rest is usual BMW, sublime seating arrangement for the driver, involving handling, good feedback.. you get into another car after this and it will feel like crap... far far better than a 911 4s convertible (drove that earlier)

Pros: everything

Cons: this was trimmed with wood on the dash, yakkie. the main problem though, that its not mine...

Best Car I Ever Had — Besides the prestige that logo brings, this car is not just a reliable transport, it also gives you a lot of excitement with the rear-wheel sporty drive feature. Safety measures are spectacular and a huge bundle of accessories actually makes you feel like living in it the whole time!

Pros: very stable, great performance, many accessories (standard and optional), the brand itself

Cons: more expensive than its rivals of same class, traction is shaky under winter conditions

Fell In Love Fast, — Great solid car, much more solid luxurious feel than the previous 3-series. Terrifyingly great handling, 6 -speed manual trans, quick little car!

Pros: The car.

Cons: The stock run-flat tires are a little stiff, replaced them with ultra performance
all seasons and it feels great.

I Love It Great Car To Be A Daily Driver — I like how it looks and grabs peoples attention. I like the amount of power you get out of the car even though it is a sedan. Its a great car for anyone looking to enter the world of BMW.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Quick car and very eye catching

Cons: none that I can think of

Perfect For Me At Less Than $30k. —

This car is a return to the days of "big six" RWD sports cars like the early Jag XKs, the Healys and TR-6, albeit with 2+2 seating in a bit larger package with plenty of leg and head room. I personally love the consistency between the silver and black exterior and interior, and I need a back seat, however small. I don't need a V-8 and like getting 30+ mpg on the highway. The five spoke 17" wheels and medium low profile tires give a moderate ride firmness without sacrificing handling. The manual 6 speed was the clincher in the purchase of this car, as that is very rare except in BMW M3 models, which are far more expensive. This one was shipped after purchase in Europe. I have a bit of difficulty getting a smooth shift from 1st to 2nd, but it seems to help to let it rev up above 3000 RPM before shifting. A slightly taller final drive ratio might be nice. Low end torque is sufficient that I hardly ever feel the need to exceed 3000 RPM in normal driving. Spirited driving is exhilarating and I see no need for the turbochargers of the 335i. The hardtop convertible is a real pleasure and I no longer fear vandals cutting up my ragtop. I love the looks of the hardtop crease as compared with the coupe.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: All the usual BMW attributes of excellent acceleration, handling and braking
Hardtop down leaves space for two overnight bags
Manual 6 speed without the other M characteristics and expense (imported from Europe)
Price/Value was very high at 3 years old with 24k miles.
Fuel economy is surprisingly good at over 30 mpg highway.

Cons: Spartan interior by luxury standards (black leatherette, brushed aluminum, black plastic)
Exhaust so quiet I replaced with a Remus unit that gives a nice subtle note.
Slight clutch judder at low acceleration levels. Overrode clutch delay valve, no change.
No bluetooth or nav, but do have Aux input to stereo and a stalk for my smart phone.
