Not Bad For The Price. — I put some flat black motegi wheels on it.

Pros: 5-speed, sun roof, IPOD compatable, fun to drive

Cons: I wish it had defrost mirrors and it did not have a spoiler.

Fun, Most Bang-for-your-buck You Can Get — Do the math. No other car gives you this many features for such a low price. Gorgeous wheels, a moonroof, a kickin' sound system, a quality interior that looks a lot more expensive than it is, and all around solid styling and materials. On top of that, the performance and handling of this car are strong, and it's so fun to drive. You must get the standard!

Pros: Value, performance, quality of materials

Cons: Not a Porsche

Good Car For The Price — I have had my car for almost two years with no mechanical problems at all. It has an extended sunroof for plenty of light. Pretty fun to drive.

Pros: Pretty good on gas...

Cons: Not much room in back seat...

My First Car & Love It!!! — Everythin in the engine is stock, haven't started updatin that yet,but I've added a few accesories 2 make it look even sexier...tented the windows, added blue head lights, interior neon lights, and 2 "12"s in the trunk...savin money for an exhaust...many plans 4 it....

Pros: Its pretty quick 4 a small car of itself...turbo charged...

Cons: love this car!!!

Look Inside The Engine, You'll Find A Cracked-out Rabbit Inside. — My view of this car maybe a little bias as I went from an old straight 6 cylinder Mercedes Benz to this 4 cylinder Scion. Being low geared, it's set up for acceleration and thats pretty much all it has. It's either leaving you dead at the stop light (manual newbie) or screaming because of the high RPM. The stereo system is quite decent considering it's factory, just needs a little bass upgrade. Seats are comfortable if your under 6' tall. Back seats recline and fold down for added trunk storage. This car is also very easy to upgrade, kind of like a Honda Civic but without the insurance benefits.

Pros: Great Handling, Pretty good gas mileage (about 25 MPG for me in town), Stereo very good, and it is very comfortable.

Cons: Doesn't feel as sturdy as my Mercedes was, thats my only complaint.

Best Import You Can Buy Under 20k — The car has great performance for a FWD 4cyl. The handling is on par with a civic's. The standard options for the car however, comes with everything you could want.

Pros: Power for a 4cyl FWD

Cons: FWD

Hard To Beat For The Price — This is a great car for the money! Base price includes amenities not found at comparable cost. Disc brakes all around. Anti-lock braking. 17 inch alloy wheels. Moon roof. I like the styling in and out. It's a versatile hatchback, and with the rear seats (which recline slightly as well) folded down, presents a lot of storage space. There are a lot of aftermarket accessories so that one may modify the car to express one's own tastes. It is nimble, has surprising power and is fum to drive. After 15 months of ownership, I still really like this car. It is a little short on head room if you like to sit up high on the adjustable driver's seat and I've had to solve a couple of annoying buzzes in the dash and rear hatch. Other than those minor things I can highly recommend this vehicle.

Pros: Fun to drive - it's sporty. Great value for Toyota quality.

Cons: Minor rattle or buzz to track down and fix.

Nice Car, But Not My Cup Of Tea! — My son (age 22 at the time) bought a Scion after getting his first job. He brought it over the house when he first got it. I took it for a spin and liked how it handled. It was a quick little package, although, it's not quite my cup of tea. It's a little too compact for my taste, but I did like the power and economy it offered. The styling (both inside and out) is very appealing. He's enjoyed it's reliability since date of purchase.

Pros: Good price for a reliable car.  Quick little package.

Cons: A little small for my size.
