Fun, Reliable, Good Looking Scion. — Like I said in the cons, car is kind of quirky. The hatch seems to be one of the more problem areas; it chirps on bumpy roads, the handle was designed poorly and anchored with thin plastic, and the interior hatch trim pieces fall out of their places. We had an alternator go bad on us, so the car was killing batteries for a while. Overall nothing major has gone wrong, and this car is the trooper in our family.

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: Awesome little 2 door car. Has a lot of cargo capacity, especially for 2 door. Has really good acceleration and a pretty good ride as well.

Cons: This car eats tires, and they're pretty expensive too. These cars have electrical gremlins (blown fuses, interior lights going out), that can be pretty annoying to deal with at times, seems to be a common problem among tC's. Torque steer is definitely noticeable. Rear hatch handle is plastic and flimsy and will break on you, very bad design on their part.

Great Car — Car is good all around but don't let it sit around. You have to drive it. Alot of room for a car this size and the back seats recline and are comfortable. It is easy to drive and see. It's style holds its own.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Fast, handles well. Good gas mileage.

Cons: Let it sit for two winters and had to replace the struts as the seals went bad.  Good have been just their time to go or due to sitting around. But now they are new :)

Love This Car — I loved my car. It was a great car, I just need something with a little more room! Great teenage car. Easy Handling. Love the style of this car. Great for commuting, not good for long trips. Too small for long trips.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: I love the looks of this car, very sporty. It has awesome gas mileage.

Cons: Back seats don't have much room.

Love It! — Handles wonderfully, easy to modify, looks nice, comfortable ride. No issues with car, just regular upkeep. Good on gas mileage. Does take full synthetic oil and high grade fuel however. Car is extremely fun to drive! Enought room inside for self, passanger, and kiddo in the back. Also, duel 12's in the hatch/trunk space.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Good on gas, and fun to drive.

Cons: No trunk space after the sub box...

Amazing Sports Car ! — it was great all around. except in the winter, the tires weren't the best because they're low profile tires. you can buy one fairly cheap, used. it was an amazing car to drive ! the trunk handle is a little weak, though.

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: amazing decent-sized sports car, good gas mileage, looks great.

Cons: winter driving, trunk handle.

Fun — Great reliability - Toyota under the hood :) Decent performance. Build quality is OK - hatch rattles in the winter months. Moonroof has a lot of wind noise in the winter. Less in the summer. Cost of ownership = low - it's a Toyota remember. Fun to drive = YES! (I have manual tC).

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Fun

Cons: None
