I Love This Car. It Is My First Mercedes, But Not My Last. — Great car. I drive it every day and it makes my commute fun. It has only needed windshield repairs due to rocks on the road. Beautiful inside and out. The gas milage on the highway is about 25mpg, less in town. I have the 4matic and it is solid and easy to handle on snow and rain. This car appears expensive, but has been quite reasonable to care for and maintain.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Beautiful and great to drive

Cons: none

A Real Sleeper — 0-60 in about 4.3 seconds very refined, a little heavy around turns, gas mileage is awful around 13-14 per gallon, a real sleeper, very few people know the capability of this car, overall a lot of fun, only real draw back is the upkeep

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: performance, and refined

Cons: gas gas gas

Mercedes-benz 280 Cdi — it is not a 320 but a 280 CDI. It is the same engine but the engine management is different, so that it only has 197 hp. lots of power, and it makes more miles pr galon than the 320. Love it..

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: comfort & power

Cons: backseat space

E-320 Cdi — Great family car. The CDI version has excellent fuel economy that makes long trips hassle free. The amazing 13 speaker stereo with built in sub is a great asset to the vehicle. The diesel performance has great low-end power and makes a great purr and 140 mph.

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: Great Fual Economy, Interior is well though out

Cons: Nothing

I Just Went For A Test Drive..... I Simply Had To Buy It. A Real Wolf In Sheeps Clothing. — For a car this size and weight the performance is above impressive. The interior is simply sumptious, with every luxury one could ask for. Amazing how, in an instant, it morphs from the consumate quiet luxury cruiser into a growling "push you back in your seat" performance car. The E550 in 4Matic gives far more grins per dollar than most. Considering the pedigree, it is pretty much under-priced.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Power. Performance. Luxury interior. Feel Good Factor.

Cons: With size & weight comes gas consumption....

All Around Terrific Car--a Classic — All-around solid, under the hood and in the cabin. Powerful, efficient (in terms of acceleration, at least--gas mileage not so much) and comfortable ride. A little heavy-feeling in cornering at high speed and adaptive transmission can be a little less predicable when coming out of TouchShift to auto, but otherwise fun to drive.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Power, classic good looks, solidly built

Cons: Gas mileage, a bit heavy

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Power

Cons: nothing

2006 Mercedes E-350 Sedan — Fast, great ride, and most importantly, reliable. Safety features everywhere. Great looks and comfort. Just the right amount of sensing the road without being too cushy. Was always fun to drive. Never spent a penny on maintenance because of the free maintenance and warranty.

Pros: Great performance, great gas mileage, good ride and overall quality.

Cons: None
