Very Impressed With Overall Package, Very Skimpy On Inside Door Tirm — I now have 77500 km on our 2005 gc and have yet to have any problems we are running on ethanol and average about 37mpg on highway......! Not very pleased with 3.3 loud drive train, but will live with it for now. We have a 5 year 160000 bumper to bumper warranty so far we have only used to change a signal changer. I would recomend this grand caravan to all my friends.

I Like It Very Much For What I Need It For — I've owned a number of Caravans and one T&C. The '97 T&C 3.8L was a maintenance nightmare. The Grand Caravan's (3.0, 3.3) performed and maintained much better than T&C. The 2006 has been my favorite with the stow-n-go seating providing full size 4x8 open space funcionality for my business needs. I keep my vehicles in tip top shape with regular fluid changes, fuel system cleaning, and 80,000 mile tune-up. Just had second tune-up at 160,000 still runs like new. Gas mileage has been a staple since I bought at 16-18, 21-22. I will continue to purchase Grand Caravans for my business needs.

Pros: #1 Functionality and value for the money. Use for my business easier to maintain and operate than a pick-up truck.  The paint finish on my '06 has held up and cleans-up very well over any of the previous years I've owned.

Cons: Better gas mileage than a truck but not great (16-18, 21-22). Rotors warping, front end alignment issues body rust lower doors, rear hatch and hood edges seem to be a recurring issue for all the years I have owned 89, 97(T&C fam), 98, 2006

Back Seats Ranked 2006 Kia Sedona LX better.
"the Dodge has a lower seating position, and the rear passengers sit less comfortably. Because of the stow-and-Go seating, the middle row seats can stow but they sacrifice comfort in the process. This is also true of the last row. The padding is thinner all in the name of easier stow and go. The Kia has only rear seats fold, but the cushioning is better and thicker."
Would Buy Ranked 2006 Kia Sedona LX better.
"More power, 255 vs 180. More reliable. Better handling: independent rear suspension vs leaf spring suspension. Longer 10 year warranty, which youll definitely need as the car ages."
