2005 Chrysler Sebring Touring Convertible FWDReview

April's Sebring — The acceleration could be better, then again I could get a Mustang if I wanted power. Handling and braking is above average. Chrysler has made a great quality convertible for years, I love this one. I love the body style, it's a blast to drive with the wind in your hair.

Pros: The top comes down anytime you want! It's so cool that the windows drop with the top.

Cons: The only thing I wish I had that I don't are seat heaters.

Great Car. Runs Smoothly, The Interior Is Very Comfortable. — At first I didn't want this car, but after looking it over, I knew it was right for me. I have had absolutely no problems with this car. It has a 3 Liter V6 that is fairly quick. The autostick also makes it fun to drive. One small thing, I upgraded brakes and headlights because both from the factory were not quite up to my standards. The interior is beautiful. The leather, surround sound, sunroof, and color are all very nice. One surprising thing is that this car has a huge trunk, if that matters at all to anyone.

Pros: Good smooth ride.
Beautiful interior.
Good fuel economy for a V6.
Auto-stick, need I say more?

Cons: Factory brakes are a little too spongy.
Factory headlight bulbs leave something to be desired.

Oops — I got it cause i thought it would get good mpg, i was wrong. It was slow and 4 doors. If i had the 2.7 v6 and the 2 door I would prob still have it

Pros: Good looking

Cons: SLOW, bad MPG

It was an affordable car that got me through college without breaking the bank. It was also my first car when I started working as a caseworker, relatively cheap ownership overall

Handling Ranked 2008 Dodge Caliber SE FWD worse.
"The Chrysler Sebring handled better because it was a touring model. There was less road noise than with the Caliber, which was not shy on road noise. "
Family Car Ranked 2008 Dodge Caliber SE FWD better.
"I loved the hatchback feature on the Dodge Caliber because it allowed for baby strollers and plenty of storage for anything else. Drove this car to CA from TX and had no hiccups along the way. "

This is a fantastic car anywhere before the 125000 mark. I drove mine into the ground at a cool 165000 miles. All that being said, the handling is way better than youd ever expect from a car its size, it feels compact, but in reality, the things a boat. Itll exceed your expectations in performance, and the overall feel. Ive loved this car since I got it 10 years ago, and if I had the cash to keep up with it, Id keep it running - but this is a classic case of any mid-00s Daimler-Chrysler product: the engine is super reliable, but everything around it falls apart. Theyre hard on alternators, the battery is impossible to change, and everything is so compact that unless youre experienced, good luck working on it.
