One Of The Best Cars In The World — 4.6 V8 229 HP, 343 NM, from 0-100 9 sec. breaking is a little bit weak, handling is weak, Classic Appearance also the interior is Classic, good gas mileage, easy to maintenance, the car is FUN on slippery roads

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Cheap, Good Quality, Reliable.

Cons: If you like performance, the car won't give it to you.

If Your Looking For A No Fun Car, But Still Some Power — Well, first...its not my car. Im just paying on it. Performance wise, it does get up and go. Its a good car, im just paying to much. This car is no fun to take out for the weekend, its your daily driver.

Pros: all leather, heated seats

Cons: its my second one, and im still under 20

Nice Family Car, Just Feel More Protected Because It Is A Bigger Car. — The fact that it came with a single Exshust pipe when it should be duel.It feels like it is begging for duel exshust becuase it feels like it's waiting to let go when you step on it.My car only as of this date 9 /13 only haves 42,000 miles and I have keep it in top shape. All new tire which the factory's only last about 40,000 but have a nice ride.Winter Tracktion is Poor unless you have rear snow tires and put some weight in the truck doing that will give very much to help you in the snow.I Live in New England and I had the car ZIEBART protected and had a alarm system and engine starter put in when new which I like in the winter and summer. Overall this car has been very nice to me so far.

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: Nice Riding feel.I like the look and power when I need it is there.

Cons: Factory wheel covers sometime make noise, while at idle it has a little tap from the day it was new.Still hear,I was told this was common on this 4.6 engine with a build date of 2003 late year builds that were put into early 2004 model year Grand Marquis. Don't like this car for winter.

2004 Mercury Grand Marquis LS Ultimate Review
WallyWorld1 says:
Ive had 2 Grand Marquis vehicles, the last was a 2004 which I sold in June of 2017 with 55,000 miles. It was a great car, reliable and a good ride, but even in brand ne condition, the quality didnt compare to the 2006 Cadillac DTS (Luxury II package) that I purchased. Good vehicle, good family car, nice ride, reliable, but very plain dash and poor paint quality.

Power Ranked 2006 Cadillac DTS Luxury II FWD better.
"The Northstar engine really provides a lot of horsepower and feels more powerful. Maybe a mile or two less per gallon on the Cadillac DTS from the Grand Marquis"
Back Seats Ranked 2006 Cadillac DTS Luxury II FWD better.
"More leg room, and rear A/C controls are a terrific plus"
