2004 Mazda MAZDA6 4 Dr s WagonReview

Estates, Yes! — The vehicle has never had any mechanical issues so to speak of, other than a recall for a fan speed sensor back in 2006/2007. The vehicle has always been servied at its appropriate and scheduled times; and short of the vehicle having some rust problems - which most Mazda's in North American seem to have until recently! The only quam I have with it; is that the seats are great, but there is no additional leg support for long drives in either the front or the back. The "seat" itself is just too short! There have been no silly little mechanical issues, all we have had to do is replace a front brake claiper that seized, and the hatch release handle dislodged itself a couple of times (internally) which was a minor annoyance not being able to open it until I was able to get it into the dealer. Primary Use: Commuting to work Pros: The looks, the drive, the reliability and the cost (or lack there-of) of maintenance! Cons: The RUST! ![]() Looking for a Used MAZDA6 in your area?CarGurus has 2,708 nationwide MAZDA6 listings starting at $2,200. |

A True Sports Car That Thinks It's A "family" Sedan — This is a very sexy car, that handles great and stops great, but acclerates even greater! The 3.0l V6 is no slouch when it comes to power and tourqe, but on the downside it is a gas hog when you drive like that. So far its a mild street car but im hoping to keep it long enough to turn it into a race car. Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.) Pros: Steering Feel, predictable over/under steer in dry and wet conditions. Cons: a little gas thirsty but you could do worse. |

Awesome — love this car... my parents got it from a friend who didnt need it anymore. Great all around car. I got this one in my junior year of high school and still drive it to this day. Even though I did not add any fancy things I still love the thrill of racing people and the best part is cops dont really look for my car. While they are going after the eclipse and lancers I am zooming by. I hope to fix up my car once i gain more knowledge of cars or I might buy a lancer when i get the money and fix that up. Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.) Pros: Its cool and a great first sports car choice. Cons: none that I can think of......no rear windshield wiper |
