Had the 4x4 option with a lift kit. It made getting to the cottage a breeze. Definitely a must when travelling on the back roads of rural Ontario cottage country. One vechicle I regret selling. Still see it around ... stayed local.

March 24, 2008I love the sound the truck makes with the new exhaust system, it is a smaller truck and with a low rumble it makes it sound tough. The fog lights increase the coolness factor by a hundred, and even more so makes it more desirable. I wouldn't sell this truck unless I had too.
February 12, 2014Good little work truck if you want the middle ground in horse power between a V-8 and 4, has light coupler for tow hitch or just use the bumper ball hole. The power is amazing for its class even with a load.
March 12, 2013This is a real truck. It may not be an F-150/350/650, but it's the biggest official Ford pick-up in the UK. It does everything I ask of it, and more. 35mpg, four years and 40,000 miles on the original tyres, five years and 55,000 miles on the original clutch and brakes, and they're still going strong. Aside from the rubber, all I've had to replace is lamps and wiper-blades. It's quiet, relaxed, spacious, imposing so not very often cut-up or intimidated by other road-users, and the ICE isn't too damned bad for an OE unit. I'll keep it til it drops - and I think that will be some time yet!
February 5, 2010Great truck, the 3.0 V6 is a strong motor. Not the fastest thing in the world but reliable and will last forever. Built great for a compact truck, solid interior and you can tell its build correctly. Highly recommend for someone that doesn't need a fullsize but still needs a truck
September 1, 2009Performs pretty well. Interior isn't all snazzy and what not, but it's all good. Exterior is a nice plain white paint job. Very fun car to drive, you own the road. Gas mileage isn't horrible, I can manage with it.
August 1, 2009Mechanically sound, will pull most anything a half ton will...just watch out for the plastic door handles & latches...musta been outsourced by ford. Love the 4x4 option, cruises great through snow. pretty good milesage for a 4x4 truck, between 24-16 mpg
July 10, 2009Love the sporty little 4-banger. Get good gas mileage (bout 22-24 mpg) and good get up and go for a 4-cyl. Little cramped sometimes. Just typical maintanence with oil changes etc. The truck is very very fun to drive and handles real nice for being a truck. Future plans are a lift and bigger tires.
