One Of The Great Cheap Performance Cars Of This Era — This car has above par performance and relability and very good build quality. Its the funnest vehicle I have ever drove and gas mileage is great when your not on the gas.. Maintanace is cheap and the interior is pratical and works.. No repairs to date and I am the 2nd owner that I purchased when the car was two years old

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Stupid fast and fun, Always puts a smile on the drivers face

Cons: stiff ride because of sport suspension

Dodge Nsrt-4 — It has high limits, high potential, has a strong powertrain, is well rounded, and fun to drive. Motor mounts and suspension bushings should be upgraded for true enthusiasts. Great power delivery / fast turbo spool. Build quality is decent, seats have some fabric blemishes and sunroof issues. About 27mpg with a mix of reasonable and aggressive driving. Very fun to modify to dial in the handling potential. Power is just too easy to obtain.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Powerful, well balanced, fade free brakes. LSD means great traction. Good power delivery.

Cons: Motor mounts and suspension bushings should be upgraded.

First Car I Saw When I Went Car Shopping, I Drove It And Bought The Car Three Days Later. —

Never really saw them in my town. only seen maybe two and never got a close look at them. my truck was too much to fix so i went looking for a car, wound up seeing a Beautiful Black 04 SRT-4. i test drove it and fell in love. i once had a 98 eclipse GST, felt nothing like it. the most amazing car you can get for your $$$$. i have had my car for 5 months now and don't regret buying it at all. i only paid $12300 for mine from a Dodge Dealer with 2 year warranty. its a damn good price for a car that can keep up with a well over $25k STI. this Car has so much room for upgrading and i can honestly say i am very pleased with it. to all that want a car that don't like seeing the tail lights of others when racing, i highly recommend an SRT-4. Motor is astonishing, interior is not bad for the price, handling could be a bit better but again its a FWD car and the price you pay its not much to touch up the handling. if this car were to be rated on a 1 to 10 scale, i would personally give it a 10+.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Very Much Potential, Wont see tails lights often when racing.

Cons: gas sucks in a car that they say can get good milage if you drive slow, why would you want to do that with this car???

Keep Up With Evosand Suburus For $10k Less. — I love my 2004 SRT-4.Everyone makes fun of it because it's a Neon, but that's ok. I have gotten as high as 31mpg with this vehicle, it looks nice, drives great, and has a comfortable interior. The performance is awesome and it's a great value. I have added a few bolt ons and it really shows some potential now. Can't wait till the 7/70 powertrain warranty is up. 400hp? 500hp? We'll see.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: $21,000 new for a factory high 13 second car.

Cons: It has every available option, but the back doors have crank windows and cruise wasn't an option.

Lemon Turned To Lemonaid — Turbo charged , super quick, eye catching, 17 inch rims stock, impressive exhaust note, dual exhaust, 230 hp stock(mine has more) , viper seats, 160mph top speed, functional hood scoop, not your mama's car, very easy to make custom, very sporty

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Fast

Cons: You will want two or three of them

Srt-4 — The car is first and foremost a four door four cylinder. The 2.4 turbo is quick and fun but not to horrible on gas if you can keep your foot out of it. I really enjoy having it as a daily driver.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: The accleration is the best part.

Cons: The interior is kinda cheep.

Speedy Little Devil — Simple and easy, its a great car if your low on cash and want a fast car. its a little weird and cheap looking, but put some money into it and you can make it a head turner. Just like I did mine.

Pros: Acceleration, looks, price, handling, cheap parts.

Cons: gas mileage, engine heats up easily, kind of plastic looking.
