Bmw Z4 — Performance - acceleration, is ok, nice pick up, but the 3L is better. Build Quality, So far i spent over 12 thousand in repair, i wouldn't Recomend getting this car unless you realy want it. Roof played up cost me 51 hundread, then there was a leak in raitor, then few weeks later that went. Other Friends that own a Z4 have also had Problems, poping up. Stick with the Hard Top No problem so ive heard. Other than my problems i've had with my car its a great car to drive.

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: Great looking Car with Nice get up and go. Stick to the road like glue.

Cons: The Repairs and maintains.

2004 Bmw Z4 — THE VERDICT: PERFORMANCE is good as long as you get the 3.0L not the 2.5L. You will get decent acceleration, top speed, braking, and handling. Its handling is KICK ASS by the way. Its also pretty light weight. If you have the money though get the Z4M. Fastest brand new car for $50,000. ROAD it has great luxuries and looks sexy for hot chick to ride in. Its not a bad price to own either. Its tough enough on the streets for racing too. Only issue is that it is not too practical considering it is a two seat roadster.

Pros: 3.0L version has good performance & Handling rocks & Luxurious and sexy

Cons: 2.5L version sucks try to the the Z4M if possible & has only 2 seats

Bmw Z-4 — This car is a love it or hate it. The feel of a real roadster like my previous Triumph Tr6, and the gadgets and the feel of a later year BMW. This car makes my heart race around a windy road at 35 miles an hour. Handles great and even with the samller 2.5 v6 there is plenty of get up and go.

Pros: A real roadster

Cons: can't afford 2

A Haute Couture Z4 — I bought this car new in December 2003 and add a special BMW original sport package with side skirts, spoiler etc...that makes the car look very unique and more sporty. I wish it would be a little bit more powerful but overall it handles like a true performance car. I have only 20K miles and expect to have it for another year or two. Looks like brand new and still an eye catcher!

Pros: Looks like new and drives like new

Cons: It is small but all roadsters are !!!!

Fun To Drive, I'm Jealous Of The Owner — I drove it with the top down last fall and it was cold. I wasn't used to it so I didn't get to really play. But, the owner knowing that i wanted to, urged me to step on the gas and i was up to 80 faster than anything I had driven prior. By that time, i was around the block and i got to test out the amazing braking system on that. It's a small car and I'm pretty small too, so it fit me great. I don't think I want to see a man driving one, though. It's a chick car.

Pros: Great handling all around, the interior is high quality, and i got to floor it without paying for gas.

Cons: Automatic transmission (really took a lot of fun out of the driving experience), looks girly, engine sounds high pitched.

I Love The Fact That I Can Get My Marshall Amp, Podxt Live And 3 Guitars In It! — bought this from a friend for a great price. So I went from a '93 Buick Regal 4 door to this fun little convertible. Here in Arizona I can drive with the top down most of the year! This is the 6 speed manual tranny. My friend told me "good luck getting it into 6th gear" I think you have to be going over 100 to do that!

Pros: BMW's warranty that covers everything except tires for the first 4 years.

Cons: There is a glitch that BMW knows about this engine, around 4000 RPM's there is a slight glitch that has caused me to lose a couple of street races :-(

Very Fun Car To Drive, Even More Than M3 — I have had it for almost 2 years, no complaints. As expected this is a sport ride, if you are looking for confort buy a Cadillac.

Pros: Very fun car, girls love it.

Cons: Well, it is a convertible, so sometimes is hard to fix two golf bags.

Flawed But Fun — Really wild in the wet, very, very poor seats, smooth engine and lots of fun but tough to live with on a day-to-day basis.

Pros: Great big smile fun on a Sunday

Cons: Great back ache for the rest of the week

If You Only Need To Seat Two, And Can Keep Your Briefcase In The Trunk... — A beautiful, powerful little ride. Great in every way, save interior storage space, the absence of bluetooth and a bit of road noise with the top up.

Pros: Styling, handling, accelleration, built quality

Cons: Interior room for storage
