I'd Like To Be Buried In It. — I bought this car in the summer of 07 with 58k . It's big, comfortable, fast, and adequate on fuel . Its not cheap to own with the synthetic oil changes and premium fuel; however every time I get behind the wheel all my cares and worries disappear. Its classified as a sport sedan but it doesn't handle very sporty the ride is not stiff more like a cloud . accelleration is great either from a stand still or passing a slower vehicle ,the 3.5 VQ series motor really sings. Its pretty good in the winter as long as you are running winter rubber, the heated seats and excellent defrosting capabilities are great, the traction control is also helpful. I've invested about 2600 into it since i bought it (front and rear rotors and synthetic oil chgs) New summer tires are on the way next summer ; oh yeah also equipped it with mich x-ice on steeles for the winter

Pros: For the money I paid it is a great car 15k taxes in

    Cons: it uses premium fuel

Maxima Driver — I bought this vehicle used, it had around 33K when purchased. I use it for a daily driver. It has been a great car, no complaints. Strong V6. MPG I average around 28 city and 33 hwy. Color is a charcoal metallic with a light gray leather interior. Good intro luxary car.

Pros: great pick up and gas mileage, comfortable interior

Cons: torque steer from front wheel drive

Best Foreign Car Ever. — Owned it since 4/05 never had a problem, and I have taken it all over the country, as well as drag race, and auto-cross it. It's been modified w/a intake, modified manifold, chip, grounding kit, S/AFC tuned, custom-fabbed subframe braces and strut bars, rear anti-roll bar, Brembo front brakes. Dyno'd @ 292hp @ the flywheel 32mpg highway / 25 city 13.95 1/4mile

Pros: power, looks, handling, build quality

Cons: FWD, kinda scary in the snow, but stock it went like a champ

It Has 255 Horses For A 2003 Model Enough Said.... — basically for the price its a very good car. it has way more power then the others for a 2003 model. the engine is amazing the transmission (auto) isnt too bad either. the car doesn't have a great suspension set up with with lowering springs and tokiko shocks it was superb however too bumpy so i went with stock shocks and tokiko's and now its just right. the car does 130 without a struggle. i think you have to drive this car daily to appreciate it. i didn't like it at first and now as i have driven other cars in the same class i appreciate it that much more.

Pros: excellent steering wheel ratio when you drive it you really feel connected to the road.
great power along the entire power band.
    very reliable
brakes are also very good for a stock setup
interior room is enormous, i have loaded as much stuff as my dads old jeep some how things just always fit. i have fun bumpers 10 feet pipes 8 foot ladders and the rear seat comes down with a huge hole to the trunk so thats how its all possible.
for an everyday daily driver its a very surprising car.

Cons: Suspension setup is not so great.... the rear end is semi-independent so not the best handling car in its class but with just a shock upgrade pretty nice.
    of course understeer
    horrible turning radius

Buy The Extended Warranty! — Maybe I just got a bad one, but buying the extended warranty is the best thing I could have done. I've owned a Nissan previously and never had problems like this one. There's just too many electronics on it that needed more testing and development before they were put into the car. Since buying it, I've come to be on a first name basis with the service people at the dealership. Over the 3 years I've had it I've had: 3 radios put in 1 window motor replaced 1 window motor adjusted 3 times 1 O2 sensor replaced 1 CV Joint replaced 2 times 5 wheel studs replaced the air conditioner repaired 2 times And I currently need to get the window adjusted again and there's a loose wire in the sub-woofer that makes it come in and out. That's all I can think of off hand, but I'm sure there are other repairs I've had done. Anyway...as soon as this warranty runs out, this thing is outta here!

Pros: Comfortable ride, responsive performance, nice styling, decent features (when they work)

Cons: Waaaay too much time spent in the shop.  Problems Nissan knows are wrong with these cars that they won't fix.

Fun Sedan To Drive Around With A Good Amount Of Power On Tap — A good car with enough horsepower to make anyone happy. The car overall is solid with mild torque steer when pushing the car at WOT. The car is very responsive, but the automatic transmission really holds it down. 0-60 time is typically 6.7 seconds. The handling of the car is similar to any other fwd car. The added bonus is sporty feel of the suspension.

Pros: Fast car that really puts off as a sleeper. Lives up to its 4dsc heritage.

Cons: Horrible torque steer and a transmission that shouldn't have ever existed (no overdrive or
    sports mode).

Never One Mechanical Problem — Quick, light, and agile, while surprisingly spacious four door saloon that smacks the American competition clear across the face, best in its class, hands down.

Pros: Fun to drive, great soundsystem, bold lines.

Cons: SUV like gas mileage if you drive like an asshole.

Great Value, Stupid Power, Ve!ry Luxurious — Great value for the money. Obscenely powerful, big, comfy and luxurious, even moderatly good on gas., tons of luxury and fun options. Gorgeous Interior! I wish I never got rid of it.

Pros: Powerful, luxurious, heated steering wheel (for those of us in the Great White North, that's a huge feature!) - awesome value

Cons: I no longer have it.

Decent Car — It only took one test drive to tell that this was not the car for me... While it does accelerate, brake, and handle decently for a mid-size car, it simply did not impress me like the numbers did. 265HP seems like a very impressive number, but the car just doesn't seem like its that powerful. Nice car, but did not meet up to my expectations.

Pros: Powerful engine, good sound system

    Cons: Fuel economy, overall performance

My Third Maxima — This is my third Nissan Maxima SE. All of my maximas were reliable and fun to drive. The 03 Maxima has a lot of miles 204K mainly because I was driving between Boston and Atlanta so put a lot of highway miles.

    Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: Drives nice, good acceleration and comfortable ride.  A true 4 door sports sedan.

    Cons: Does not have AWD
