Tahoe — Performance was alright.. I owned the 5.3 liter V8 model so it was quite fast for a heavy car. It was also lifted with a ranch hand brush guard. (live in texas) Build quality.. well it had its moments.. had to replace the air-condition compressor.. other then that nothing els. The car chugged gas.. not as much as the H2 but thats another story. Fun factor- I mean it was a heavy car so it handled as such. a

Solid Truck — Fun to drive, spacious, feels very safe. Great for towing or moving large items, great for pets. Expensive but worth the comfort. Slow but a chip and exhaust could help that. Very fun to drive and spend time in. Would take everywhere if it weren't for the gas mileage.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Spacious, great for towing, attractive

Cons: Costly, not fast

03 Tahoe Ls~white — I loved my Tahoe when I had it. Plenty of room. Def. a gas hog though, but great on road trips. Had 0% financing, was a great incentive to purchase. Never had to worry about space for car seats, groceries, people etc, when helping out friends of family on errands.

Pros: Roomy, fold up seats for additional storage

Cons: Gas. 3rd row not great for adults

Tahoe — The Tahoe have a lovely preformance, poweful, feels like you own the road while driving because of the veihcle's height, some time hard to find parking for (where you have to jump over the pavement), preferably must be new or maintain always to keep in good shape and condition and for best performance

Pros: Design, performance, size

Cons: maintenance

I Love My Tahoe! — I've had the Tahoe (his name is Sebastian) a little over 2 years now and I absolutely LOVE it! The handling is great, it has plenty of power and surprisingly enough the gas mileage is not that bad at all. I can generally get 8 to 10 days out of a tank. When i bought it, it had just over 86,000 miles on it. It now has 140,000 and I plan to keep on drivin it till the wheels fall off! My favorite things about it are the BOSE stereo and the heated seats. I would definitely recommend a Tahoe to anyone in the market for a bigger SUV!

Pros: BOSE stereo, handles good, decent mileage

Cons: Not quite enough leg room in the 2nd row

Awesome Truck — Sucks down gas like no other, but otherwise an excellent truck. After almost 90,000 miles has worn less than expected. Acceleration and handling are nothing to brag about, but the thing weighs almost 3 tons. No major mechanical issues--much more sound than most other 5-year-old GM products. Arguably one of the most important issues is the sound system, and the Bose speakers still sound new, which is to say wonderful.

Pros: Comfort, killer Bose sound system, roomy, easily gets up steep snowy/icy
drieways

Cons: Gas bills, mediocre handling, sloppy steering, mushy brake pedal

Luxury Z-71 — A full-load Z71 Tahoe. Leather, 8 way front seats with heaters, 6 pack CD, OnStar, sunroof, 17" aluminum rims, BOSE 7 speaker audio with subwoofers. Now has full rear LED light package - ANZO LED tail lights, LED license plate lights. TYC Projector headlamps, TYC diamond-cut clear corner signal lights. Sylvania SilverStar headlight bulbs.

Pros: Decent mileage (even towing), reasonable power, very quiet for a truck, great stereo, perfect paint color makes the truck look very classy.

Cons: Keep an eye on the service engine light.

Roomy And Excellent Highway Vehicle Against Semi Truck Traffic — I purchased the Chevy Tahoe to travel on the highway. I find it runs well when passing semi trucks and it accomodates my family and makes us feel safe and secure.
