Not Standard And Is Awsome, Love It! — Smoothed bumpers, badgeless grill, bad boy bonnet, debedged and handled boot with poper. 40mm drop 18" audi tt rep wheels. GTi aniversary bodykit. tints leather seats upgraded speakers with a sub an amp, just bought a double din head unit, looks awsome. its got black angel eyes, a chip from sherman and an induction kit soon. next thing i want some new rims, not sure wot yet but some big face rims.

Pros: evrything about it

Cons: paint isnt amazing, and not enough money to finish what i want to do!

Golf Iii Tdi — Everything a Golf should be: great building quality, good looks, good handling. I actually like it more than its successor. The quality of this model is better. The sports seats give a great feel to every ride. The auto gearbox is obsolete and too slow to keep up a sporty pace. Materials are well sought out and the overall quality impression is good. The engine is pretty agile and has a low MPG return. Thanks to the 134bhp power supply, a sporty drive never is far away. The breaks should be better, though. They don't give me the direct response I'd expect.

Pros: The Godfather of Hatchbacks, VW quality, Low MPG, Resale Value

Cons: Obsolete Tiptronic Gearbox, Hard Suspension, Brake Response, Maintenance Cost

I Loved This Car! — This car is seriously one of my favorite cars ever. For a little 2.0L it has a lot of juice. I drove it through a huge puddle and broke some sensor. Ended up costing like 200 bucks. Great car!

Pros: Good gas mileage, looks great, pretty good stock stereo, great in the snow, etc.

Cons: Don't know how VW's do after 100,000 miles.

Very Solid All-rounder, But No Driver's Car. — I owned a 1.9 TDI S (90bhp) for almost 4 years - the longest I have ever owned a car. This in itself says something about how much I liked the car. It was well equipped and nothing ever stopped working. The fuel economy was pretty good and the engine pulled strongly too. My only real issues wih the car focus on the way it handles. Compared with the Mk II I owned prior to this it was particularly poor. It leaned too much and never felt very sporty in the corners. The interior was very good though, with nice use of materials and plenty of comfort. Decent, but if you can afford it buy a Mk V instead - much better in every way, apart from build quality.

Pros: Interior layout and design, seats and frugal diesel engine.

Cons: Handling (body roll), ride quality and build quality

German Enginering! — Great to drive. Heated seats only cost $250 extra, well worth the money spent for WI winters. The mirrors were also heated on this package. 8 air bags standard! However limited room for legs in the back if you were an adult. Ok for the kids.

Pros: Handling was amazing. Good gas mileage. Small, fun to drive.

Cons: Our car had a leak, tried to fix 2 times before they finally got it. Just before we gave it back (lease) things started to fall apart. Isn't that always the case with warranties though?

Great Driver's Car — I got my green VW Golf GLS 2.0 3 years ago, and I'm very happy with it. It has quick acceleration, phenomenal handling, the ride is very smooth, interior quality is the best for this price range, exterior styling is clean and very European. I can fit my whole drum set in the back, and I can still see out of all the windows. Although, I've had some small issues with the car. Nothing that renders it undrivable. It starts every time. I named her "Saphira", and she's well-known on campus.

Pros: Quick, great handling, economical, comfortable ride, well-styled inside and out, versatile cargo space

Cons: I've had some small problems, nothing major though.

I Like Turbo's! — I owned this car for more than three years and it put a smile on my face everytime I planted my foot on the accelerator. This car has it all acceleration, handling, comfort, reliability and its practical. Only problem was the 25MPG.

Pros: Pace

Cons: Fuel consumption

My First New Car — Great car. Quick with the 1.8T. Raised the bar for interior accommodations, along with the same-generation Jettas and Passats.

Pros: Stylish (in black), quick, efficient

Cons: Some build quality issues.

Complete Package! Sporty, Useful, Relatively Cheap — This car is a blast to drive. Its pure farfanugen. The turbo is a lot of fun to wind up and let go. Also, I have moved between 3 apartments with this car and the only thing it couldn't handle were my bed and my sofa. Its basically the same car as my dad's Audi A4. Same engine, better sound system, but the golf dosen't have 4 wheel drive or independent rear suspension. The brakes are a little different too.

Pros: its basically the same car as my dad's Audi A4, I actually like it better because its got a hatchback.

Cons: plastic on the dash is easy to scratch.  I've knocked the alignment out twice but thats just because I drive it hard.
