It's Defiantly A Starter Car Or Something For A Home To Work Car. — I like the way it handles and its functional, however the inside is very noisy and it isn't the most stylish thing to be driving around. It is pretty much a home and work car for me and has been that way for about a year and a half, as my first car I'm defiantly attached to it. Primary Use: Commuting to work Pros: This car handles great in the winter, I don't have any issues in bad PA weather going the speed limit. It'll get up and go without any issues at all even in this -20 degree weather! It hasn't failed me yet. Cons: It is a 2001 so it is over ten years old, it has acquired some rust and other dents in the car, including that the Subaru insignia has fallen out of the front grill. |

Safe, Reliable, Great First Car — I really enjoy how great this car runs, especially in the snow. no matter what, you wont be able to get this car stuck, the AWD is just great. All around awesome car, could make a great first car for your son or daughter. Primary Use: Commuting to work Pros: AWD, great in the now, 25 mpg, safe car Cons: little dent in the back right side, dog bites on the dash |

Awesome Car For Single Guy And His Weimaraner — I am still in love with this car after 6 months of ownership. It is fun to drive, it handles great, and it has the ability go nearly anywhere and haul about anything. Now is the time to snag one of these cars that sold new for $30 to $40k+. $5000 is a fair price for a daily driver in good condition with around 200,000 miles; the head gasket and timing belt should be replaced already. Keep the fluids up. Maintain the brakes and tires. This is a car for average to small folks. Over 6 foot tall folks may find it difficult to enter and exit the driver seat. Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.) Pros: All wheel drive... IT'S A SUBARU, lol that says it all Cons: Oxidized head lights, the seal around the lights on the hatch can rot and allow water to fill the light assembly. |

Perfect For Me. — At first i wasn't in love with the exterior of my car its two colors, but learned to like it after i saw the interior. :) perfect for colorado crazy weather and am very glad of my purchase.it's now at 171,000 miles so it's starting to worry me. Primary Use: Commuting to work Pros: I love the interior I have all black leather, love the sunroof, perfect for me i'm 21 and have taken it on many road trips it's done fine, and is really comfortable to travel in. Makes city driving easy. Cons: leather sucks in the summertime, not much to complain about i love my car. |

Its A Good Car But Not My Style — not much power. handles good. chicks dont really dig it but it happens. saves me money. inexpencive car. it would be good for my grandmother, not really for a 16 boy. but take it as it comes. wish it had more power. Primary Use: Commuting to work Pros: gas saver. Cons: not exactly a power house |

Good Car If You Have A Long Winter, Comfortable For Whole Family — Performance is ok, breaks and handles well, but not as good as Impreza Build Quality is fair Good looking for a wagon with lots of room for gear Cost of ownership can become expensive past 180,000km Car rode a lot smoother than Impreza on longer trips with about the same fuel economy could be a decider for potential customers Primary Use: Commuting to work Pros: Safety, Handling, Comfort Cons: Maintence costs compared to price of vehicle |
