Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited, Reliable, Comfortable And Quality — This is my second Jeep Grand Cherokee and I like it a lot, I have this one for a while and will probably buy a current generation next. The Grand Cherokee is great in the snow, comfortable for everyday driving and always reliable. I have not had any problems with this jeep and I expect it will last for many more years, I would recommend this model Jeep Grand Cherokee to anyone since I have always had good reliable driving with it. Great vehicle.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Excellent vehicle, reliable in the Jeep tradition and comfortable, good overall but not so good with mileage unless you stay out of the gas.

Cons: Mileage is the only negative of the V8 when gas is expensive

Great All Around Vehicle — First off lets start with quality. I have not put any money into this jeep besides regular maintenance things, like oil and filters. This jeep is built very well, the interior quality is nice, especially if you get a limited or overland. The jeep 4.0 straigh six is an awesome engine and will run forever reliably. It has a good amount of torque, which helps it move the jeep reasonably well. Gas mileage in town is not good, usually around 14 for me, while highway is anywhere from 18-22 depending. The quadra-trac 2 and Quadra-drive 4 wheel drive systems a great AWD systems that will really work to get you out of some tough situations. Overall these are a great vehicle for any climate which gets tons of snow and or ice, or anyone looking for a good qulaity "SUV", even thought a lot of jeep owners will never refer to it as on but only as a JEEP. They are very capable offroad from the factory and with an ever expanding aftermarket, they are becoming even more capable.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Love how it rides stock, offroad as well as ice/snow capabilities, build quality, interior is nice and organized and not over-the-top.
Maintainance is easy, nothing major at all other than routine stuff.
Offroad capability really does live up to the jeep name.

Cons: Gas mileage and that i don't own two or three :)

The Beast Never Sleeps — I love it.. always will and always have loved the WJ model. Its timeless.. and hopefully its lines will go on with me for a while. The QuadraDrive system is amazing... the v8 hauls ass for its size, and i wouldn't trade it for anything.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: The comfort, the 5spd auto is actually amazing on the v8. I get 24mpg on the highway.

Cons: Nothing sucks about it.. I love it..

Good Fit For The Right Person — Its not fast, it makes a lot of noise, it has a good many dings but it still looks good. This big black beast will go anywhere you want it to go as long as you fill its hungry tank. It has over 100k miles on it and I hope it makes it another 100k or more.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: very nice to drive and goes anywhere.

Cons: If you dont take care of cars don't buy a jeep it will not take care of you

All Around Everthing Is Perfect! Back Seat S A Little Tight — I drive about 40-45k miles a year this car is expensive and sits at home now. In all for a 10 year old car, it has held up a lot better than my uncles RX300. In two years of ownership I spent 4,000 in repairs... which is why I bought a Civic to commute to work in.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: It's a Jeep!

Cons: because it's a Jeep, be careful, some are made on good days others are made on bad :( I got a bad one

Its A Two Wheel Drive Suv Thats Great If You Have Kids. — it looks great with all the interior trim and leather seats, comes with stock 17s, but the overdrive is always on unless you turn it off every time you start the car. I love all the info on the car that's on the display inside.

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: looks great, V8 power

Cons: electrical problems, bad mileage, O.D is automatically on

Worst Car I Ever Owned — This was the worst car I have ever owned (out of 15 cars). Unreliable, and expensive to repair. I had to replace both front window regulators @52k miles, rebuilt the engine @57k miles, and things went downhill from there. I paid $17,000 for it with 44k miles, and 4.5yrs later with 92k miles, only got $4500 for it on a trade-in.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: The power and handling were superb for and SUV

Cons: Unreliable, and expensive to repair.

Ok If You Don't Drive As Often And Hard As I Do. — It gets 25mpg when driven right, and the inline 6 is fantastic for reliability. The rest of the truck is junk. New transmission at 117,000 miles. Rear axle leaks, transfer case gets stuck. No electrical problems yet, though. Conversely, the compact Cherokee that preceeded it was great all around, with minimal repairs or defects. I'd score most definitely 10 stars on that one.. it's still on the road with over 300,000 miles now : )

Pros: The engine

Cons: Everything but the engine
