Again Overall Great Quality For The Price — Overall, I love this vehicle. This is my third one and it's very reliable. I don't want to imagine trading it in but with 103,000 miles the time may be upon us. Great bargain for the price and peace of mind with ownership.

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: very comfortable, directional finder is great, great for long road trips

Cons: unfortunately with this being my third Dodge Caravan, the same fix-it repairs exist like fuel pump needing replaced , new transmission, and leaky head gasgets.

Awesome Vehicle — I love this van. Been very very dependable for me. Little more cargo room than I really need and people think I'm a taxi with it, but love the thing, just wished I had gotten the stow n go one instead as much as I haul stuff all the time

Pros: Great handling and greeat on gas.

Cons: not a stow n go

Good But Bad. — An ok car, better than any GM or Ford or GM minivan in appearance and engines, but a lot worse that any Japanese minivan in any other area. Performance is lame, engine has good torque for towing, but bad pedal feel and incredibly soft handling make it gross to drive. Quite inside, but cold vinyl and unsupportive yet comfy seats make it a pain to drive. The styling is one of a million, but if you like jelly beans, it's for you. It's cheap till something stupid breaks, but fixes are expensive yet often in stock. Not fun to drive. A great long term driver, but around town it sucks. Great for hauling kids or lumber, and cheaper than a SUV. Buy if it's in you budget, but consider a Toyota, Kia, Honda, or Nissan first.

Pros: Big for hauling, Comfy long range, E85, Good for Towing, long lasting

Cons: Very Common, overshadowed by others, gross handling, no fun to drive

Think I Got A Lemon...nothing But Problems. — I owned a used Dodge Caravan several years ago and loved it! This one I have had for 2 years, bought used for 7K, and have put 3K into it. Nothing but problems: I had it in the shop 5 times last spring and summer before they fixed my ac (which ended up only working for a few months), I dealt with it until now (May in FL) and am about to start going through another bout with trying to get it fixed. I have had to fix brakes, rack and pinion, manifold gasket, intake manifold bolt, valve cover gasket, and many other things on this car. Very unhappy, but I don't think it will stop me from purchasing another one in the future. Great family vehicle.

Owner for 2 years, 0 months

Pros: Great family vehicle, sits 7, room under seats for luggage and such when traveling.

Cons: see review

Pretty And Roomy — An awesome kid hauler. We got the package with the cool wheels and trim and automatic sliding doors on both sides. We have used this van for all types of trips and duties and it just keeps going.

Pros: Nice looking, powerful V6

Cons: Makes minivans seem cool

Family Car — It's a Dodge, so I don't have high expectations. With that in mind, it has exceeded my expectations. We bought it only because of the lower cost compared to Nissan, Honda, etc. So far, the gamble has paid off since we haven't had any problems with it coming up on 78,000 miles.

Pros: Roomy for the kids.

Cons: It's a van.

Good Family Car For Vacations — It got good gas mileage on the highway, but in the city it sucked. I would have to put gas in it every couple of days if I wasn't filling it up. But the cargo and passenger space was awesome, there was enough room for everything a family of five could through at it.

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: Great family car, could shove everything I needed in it and would still have room.
Great  on the highway, gas mileage was good. not very loud on the inside and had comfortable seats and room for everyone and everything.

Cons: Really bad on gas, especially near the end of my ownership. 40 bucks wouldn't go very far, in the city.
