Gtps Rock! — Its incredible, and its easily tuneable! It has all the bells and whistles you want, except for GPS, which wasnt big in 2000, has perfect version of the pontiac look, and the best V6 GM ever made. It has already become a classic! Wait till they stop making Pontiacs and see what happens to the collectability!

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: Performance v.s. milage is balanced wonderfully

Cons: The onboard idiot lights are over active.

2000 Pontiac Grand Prix Se — Fun, and kinda fast. Nice smooth ride and ok gas mileage. Becareful with how much you abuse the gas pedal because you will have to have some repairs after awhile. Would have upgraded to the GT if I had a choice, but like my prior vehicle I had bought them cheap and used.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Fun and smoooooooth

Cons: Not a GT

Still Powerful — Every ounce of torque nine years later. Just a bit of rust under the gas tank like many GM cars. Very few mechanical problems in it's lifetime, and one recall fixed under warranty. Wash and wax it often and it still looks factory

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Beating you at red lights

Cons: Rusting because of poor factory welds

Good Looking And Performing Car For The Money, Not Very Economical Though — The performance of the car is fantastic. It has awesome acceleration, its looks brilliant, and it is very comfortable. It does have weak spots. For example, the build quality is a bit lacking, especially in the rust prevention, it seems to love to rust around the trunk(by the spoiler) and along the rear fenders. Other than some annoying rattles the car performs and runs well.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: looks are killer, comfy, good performance

Cons: small things tend to break, rust very easy

Let's Go — Performance: Acceleration rocks, braking smooth and responsive, and handling is also responsive. Build Quality: Very smooth and no squeaks or rattles even at higher speeds. Only needed slight repairs to power windows. Appearance: Catches eyes everywhere I go. Sporty, yet luxurious. Cost of Ownership: Great Gas Mileage and little maintenance needed. Fun Factor: Cruises, catches eyes, sunroof, hugs corners, easy to work on (add hood, taillights, headlights, body kits), fast

Pros: Fast acceleration and pickup, sound system rocks, rides low and smooth

Cons: A few power window issues.

Daytona 500 — The daytona 500 is the most prestigious race in the history of NASCAR. So when i wrecked my GTP and found a GTP Daytona 500 Edition, I had to have it. With 240 horsepower and a performance shift option, this car SCREAMS down the road. The transmission is the 4T65e and ive never had a problem with it. The braking is phenomenal. The handling is great. The build quality is great. The exterior is very aggressive. The interior is amazing. All leather with power and heated drivers seat, floor shift, heads up display, and a great stereo. The stereo is completely factory with 8 speaker Bose system with a factory amp in the trunk. The cost of ownership isnt that bad. Maintenance is easy and affordable as well. Fun? Um yeah this car is a blast. WV6 Daytona 500 Pace Car Replica Package: -Unique 3 Spoke High Polished Aluminum Wheels -Daytona 500 Edition Rear Spoiler and Exhaust Tips -Daytona 500 Edition Heat Extractors on Hood -Nascar Style Roof Fences -Daytona 500 Edition Front Seats with Special Instrument and Console Trim -Daytona 500 Edition Ext. Decal -Galaxy Silver Metallic Ext. Paint

2000 Pontiac Grand Prix Se — Solid 3.8L engine with fair acceleration and road mpg. Interior is functional but cheep and exterior looks average but much better with a coat of wax. Its dependable year round and for original cost and the overall cost of repairs its worthwhile to own.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Dependable

Cons: Averageness
