2000 Grand Prix Gt Coupe — -Handled and performed much better when it was new -I still love the exterior appearance; still love it compared with the new body Grand Prix -Used to be fun to drive, now its so so hum hum -There's way to much cheap feeling plastic used in the cabin -A few things do not work anymore, like the power seat and a window...which is to be expected in a 140k mile car

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Good acceleration, really reliable for most of its lifetime until i got to over 110,000 miles

Cons: A lot of cheap feeling plastic interior materials esp. on the dash/center console area

Cheap And Worth The Money — Fun V6 to drive, GM built the 3.8L motor so obviously it will have a long life, plus with the Eaton M90 supercharger on top of it gives it 240 horse power, plus it gets 30+ miles per gallon which is nice, but it is recommended to use PREMIUM gas

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: FUN!!

Cons: Leaks oil....

Decent All Around Car — This is my first car. its a good all around car. the transmission hasn't held up to my hard driving, but the rest of the car has.i mean it is 10 years old, with 170000k. not a spot of rust and no exhaust problems though.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: it goes when you want it to

Cons: too heavy

Very Good Car For The Money — performance 270 hp-300 lbs. torque, v-6 supercharged and has 17 inch chrome wheels and fully functional ram-air, exterior is a pearl silver and interior has black stitched leather, gets 26-28 mpg highway and like 18-20 city

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: the sound of the supercharger

Cons: my car has paint chipping on the hood

2000 Pontiac Grand Prix Gtp Daytona 500 Pace Car — The power of the supercharged 3.8 is amazing. With almost 300 lb-ft, you are never left wanting. Dip into the boost a little to much and your gas mileage will suffer though. Although the car has not needed any major repairs, it is a Pontiac, so little things here and there have broke. Nothing to serious.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: engine, transmission, feature content

Cons: build quality, gas mileage, ride quality

Grand Prix Gtp Coupe Review — Great handling for a stock car. Brakes are a little bit sloppy, but have had worse. With a set of rims and wide tires you'd swear you were driving a sports car. The interior is nice leather is good quality, only drivers heated seat though. Performance wise is quite awesome for a supercharged v6, with some performance mods expect low 14 to high 13 second 1/4 mile times.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: sleek, fun to drive, fast and good daily driver

Cons: crappy gas milage, and lots of little squeaks

If It's All After-market, Looks And Performs Amazingly. — Has after market headlights (all clear, no amber), HID bulbs (high and low beam), cold air intake, LED brake and back-up lights, "switch back" turn signals, and a modified computer chip that changes the shift points, eliminates the rev limiter, removes the speed limiter, and has two modes (street and performance). It's an SE that sticks right with a GT. Not the greatest on gas, kinda heavy, long and slightly grandma-ish. Fun to drive either way. HUGE trunk and interior space.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: This one is fast, cool looking. HUGE trunk and interior space.

Cons: Heavy, long, stock sucks.
