Most Bang For Your Buck — I drive my 99 sl1 close to 100 miles a day (90 to and from wolrk) it is such a great pratical car, it was very cheap, gets Amazing mileage..... I get normally 36-39 doing 60-75mpg on HILLS, the fold down rear seats come in handy.... i;ve hauled a 23 foot long roll of carpet with mine car, roomy enough for 4 full sized adults I've had 5 but they did look a bit snug. I'm a Die hard gm fan and they made a big mistake killing the saturn (and pontiac) brand. I get close to the same mileage as the hidious looking smart car, but I can fit 5 people for a fraction of the price. Saturns are a great buy and I highly recomend them all. Once this car takes a dump I'll be getting another saturn

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: fuel mileage

Cons: not in business anymore

Love It — I have owned this car for about 30,000 miles so far i havn't put much money at all into it, just brakes and bulbs. The horn once. thats about it. I woulf recommend this car to anyone. It gets about 35 mpg's. One thing i dont like is there is no power steering. Plus the doors lock when you open it from the inside. Its a 5 speed manual

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Gas mileage, easy to manuver.

Cons: No power steering

Fun Little Everyday Car — Some transmission problems and eats through oil! Otherwise really nice for road trips and just everyday running! Handles really nicely. 185,500+ miles and still running! Got into an accident, got hit in the rear, and you'd never know (love the composite body)!

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: handling, fuel economy

Cons: transmission issues, constantly in need of oil

Never, Ever Buy A Saturn — This was my high school car. Parents bought it for me, looking more at price than looks, preformance, quality, durability... all of the above. that being said i don't reccomend anyone ever to buy a saturn. that company has done nothing but loose money for the past 20 years, no wonder though cause they just can't make a quality car.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: I wouldn't

Cons: quality sucks

Good Family Car — Great buy when I purchased the car used for $3500. It had 100,000 miles. One owner... a school teacher that kept all her service receipts. 2.2L engine with a 5 speed manual transmission made this car sporty and fun to drive. Note it is guaranteed to burn oil. Just keep a couple quarts int the trunk. Check the oil level about every two weeks. The interior was simple and neat. One complaint being tall (6'2")' the seats are designed for someone smaller. All plastic body will never rust. besides burning oil I have never heard a complaint about this model.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Efficient and easy one the wallet

Cons: Burns a little oil.

Review Title — An O.K. car. The acceleration was a little slow, handling was good, and braking ability saved me from becoming smeared on the pavement. The appearance of my car as an individual was very ugly. The previous owners did not take care of it well. The cheap cloth interior was easily stained, the headliner came off without provoking it to do so. The gas mileage was expected with a small sedan. Fun Factor - fun to drive since the car was dying and I could do whatever I wanted to it.

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: cheap, got me from A to B

Cons: Build Quality

Hated It!!!!!! — small and a lot of road noise. MADE OF PLASTIC i shouldn't have to say any more. I hated most everything about it except it got about 39 miles to the gallon on gas so that was nice. IT IS A HORRIBLE CAR

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Gas Mileage

Cons: Everything else

Cheap, Super Reliable, Unstylish, Smarter Than The Smart Car. — Practical tractor of a car that never, ever breaks down. Just $33.00 on a bad day to fill up and 600 + a tank = call me unstylish, but I have more money than you! There is room for the ladies in your life back there, but if they come anywhere close to that unpimpin' looking thing. A beauty on the inside kind of thing...

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: CHEAP

Cons: Pirate hooker ugly
