Thumbs Up In My Book. — Sturdy truck; great styling for its era; factory paint doesn't last; 2.2L 4Cyl. is sloooww; reliable; cheap and easy to repair; at least 25MPG; lowrider/daily driver = steady maintenance. One of the most driven vehicles on the road and one of General Motors greatest creations styling and build.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: If you're looking for a small, reliable truck that gets good gas mileage and still gets the job done.

Cons: Not the most spacious and luxurious vehicle...

98 Chevy S10 Truck — This was a great truck. I got it in 2000 with 34000 miles on it. The only two things I had problems with is the seat reclining handles broke alot cause of being made with white metal. Had to replace the Valve body in the transmission at 40,000 miles other then that a great little truck.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Strong 4.3L v6.  Tow alot for its size.

Cons: Reclining levers broke often and valve body issues

Been The Best Vehicle I Ever Owned — Great little truck, Bought mine used in 2004, with 60K miles and in 5 years time have driven it with only 1 major problem, to over 200k miles. I did have to replace the fuel pump 3 times in 4 months, but the engine(4.3 Vortech V6) and the tranny (auto) have stood the test of time. I have owned other chevy's and they all seem to have electrical problems which is what caused the fuel pump issues. overall its a dang good vehicle.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Sporty little truck, reliable, dents just add character, cheap to fix,

Cons: small, sits low

I Love It — Runs great. Go through anything. Could use more power. LOL. Have not had a single problem with it yet. costs five grand. looks great. love the handling. you need no hands. runs straight. could get better the 18 for gas mileage.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Great ride

Cons: Not a full size

Great Little Pickup For Someone Who Does Not Need A Full Size — Great little truck. Has good pick up for a four cylinder. Biggest problem would be that the mileage kinda sucks and the truck will always have little problems popping up here and there. Needs tie rods with oil changes. Has almost no blind spots and fits where most big trucks wont. Dont think you are gonna rip out trees and haul your buddies engine, this is only a cavalier with a pickup shell

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Fun and great for hauling lightweight items

Cons: none really, but does have suspension issues
