306 — it's a nice care for it's price. Fast little hatch, very fun to drive. with out doubt the best of it's class in the 90's. as we alle know french cars have problems with quality, so unlike german cars it's will spend some time at your local menchanic.

Primary Use: Family transportation

Good Car, Though Better In The Gti Version Hehe — This car has great handling and the suspension takes quite a beating without fault. Since I have the 1.4ltr model the accelaration is sub par and it will annoy you. To it's credit, it is a quite nice looking car

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: For the corners

Cons: Maintanance

The Best Bang For Ur Buck For Twisty Roads — Best handling car for twice the price paid, easily keep up with cars of ten times the price on a mountain road and no police officer even looks twice at it. Good fuel economy, perfect for a P-plater who wants a car that goes but with out attracting to much attention.

Pros: handling, comfort, steathy

Cons: lacks torque, build quailty, no respect on road

Peugeot 306 — I owned 4 or 5 of these cars, from a 1.9D to a 2.0 XSi, all nimble, spacious and cheap-ish to run. Far better than the bog standard Escorts of the day, they drove well and handled with aplomb. The interior was a vast improvement on the old 309 and the looks, whilst not stunning, were neat and tidy. There were few downsides to these cars, other than the fragility of them at high miles.

Pros: Pace, space, quality, economy, handling

Cons: Fragility, parts cost

Pros: great little runner but bit boring... bless it

Cons: electrics a bit dodgy..... sounds like a tractor hehe
