Rally Car Driving, You Will Win — It is perfect for rally car driving, it is slow to brake but I believe that is due to a lack of maintenance on my part. The interior is fine, comfortable and durable. The exterior is rusty and faded but its held up. Also very cheap to fix, the performance is grand. The only downside is gas, its terrible $75 to fill it up and in about 100 miles you'll need more. I really love my old beat up truck. :)

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: gets you to point a to b

Cons: High gas mileage

Great Truck! — It served me well for 14 years and then I passed it on to my son. It was a little under-powered, and was sometimes hard to park or make tight turns due to the extended cab. In every other respect it was very dependable and a good truck.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: It handled very well and drove great.

Cons: A little skittish on dirt roads.

Can't Beat An Older Body-style Chevy — Can't get much better than this. Parts for these older body-style Chevy's are easy to come by and fixing them usually isn't much of a hassle. This truck has hauled and towed everything under the sun BEFORE the motor and tranny swap without a problem. Always fun trucks to drive and not much to be concerned about safety wise, anything besides a semi hits this and they're gonna be feelin' it. Great performance on gravel, dirt, and in mud. Plenty of room in the bed for hauling wood or three-wheelers. Gas mileage is the only thing left to be desired, luckily it's a stick shift.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Mean truck

Cons: A solid axle would be nice

Nice — 1993 Chevy 1500 short stepside box with custom taillights, a custom back bumper, nice sound system. I raced it a couple of times. the spedometer went to 85mph but i was told i was doing 130mph by a kid i was racing. i no longer have it because i totaled it in december of 09 when i hit a patch of ice and then did a 180 degree spin into a tree.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: It lookjed cool and I could afford it

Cons: isnt any

Good Work Vehicle For Medioker Working — It's a good truck, The cab corners are rotting on it because I live around salt and drive on salted roads. The paint is coming off in big patches and the breaks are making a smell like the pads are sticking a little. This truck is safe to drive, not very aerodynamic at all but the more wieght you have in the back the better it handles and rides. This truck is meant to work and haul and it has been handy when finding free stuff on the side of the road and hauling junk and moving people. I like my truck but wish I had a club cab! With a car seat in between it is really cramped in the cab! Not a good family vehicle. I love going off road in it though. I would never buy another truck without 4wd again!

Primary Use: Utility (towing boats, transporting cargo, etc.)

Pros: Convienience

Cons: Rusts out

C/k Gm Fullsize Truck — Like that it fires right up and runs like a champ. Need some body work but a strong runner none the less. But I really cannot complain for a truck that is 17 years old and still runs like new.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Roomy with a V-8

Cons: Gas milage but hey its a truck

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Love It — It looks damn good problem is is doesnt run so good 16 years later. Performance was always better than the other brands of the same time. Fuel economy is pretty good compared to other trucks. It tows large trailer well for a 1/2 ton

Primary Use: Utility (towing boats, transporting cargo, etc.)

Pros: Fun and functional

Cons: if you like the enviroment...

Great Start To A Nice Truck — 350 pulls great for a heavy truck, keeps up with little tuners. leather and wood interior w mood lights, mark 3 conversion kit. shift kit, flowmaster exhaust. good paint, small imperfections. could use new rims and tires. low mpg but roasts the tires!

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: rare truck and fun to drive

Cons: poor mpg

Chuck — its fast for a 16 year old truck, whenever it breaks i can fix it within a day, except the tranny took me 2 days, i love chevys and will never own anything else, i love it, its my baby. now i just gotta fix the fender and body mount and radiator, no problem.

Pros: power, endurance, easy to repair

Cons: radiator
