I Would Love To Restore It To New, Unmodified Original Condition. — I tle-body fuel injection systemdont like the drum rear brakes;but, it stops just fine. the suspention and steering geometry make this little beast handle exceptionally well;the combo of the 2.8 v6, 5speed trans and throttle-body fuel injection system makes it a fast, fun to drive machine. The entire package is like some kind of happy accident; GM really got it right on this little machine I have oiwned much nicer vehicles, but none that I have loved or respected more. This little thing just seems to have no limits. Primary Use: Family transportation Pros: because I love to drive it! Cons: because I will steal it from you. |

Good Trucks To Own If You Pick Em Up Cheap And Put A Little Tlc In Em — I picked this truck up and went completely through the engine. My mpg is great now! Great fishing truck or in town use. The gear only timing in the 2.5l is very dependable you end up with the power of a 2.8 but with better mpg. Primary Use: Utility (towing boats, transporting cargo, etc.) Pros: good fuel economy and stability. Cons: sometimes the wiring insulators dry up and need replacing. |

Good Starter Truck. Small And Reasonably Fun To Drive. Good Fuel Economy. Somewhat Practical. — I loved this truck. It was the first truck I purchased and it got me through college. It was not very reliable, but it was 15 years old. It was fairly fun to drive, but the main advantage was its practicality. It had decent fuel economy and I managed to move my wife and I twice using the bed. Good truck. Primary Use: Commuting to work Pros: Perfect balance of practicality and fuel economy Cons: Not very durable and horrible on ice (rear-wheel drive) |

Give It Space To Open Up And Your Toast. — Its a pretty standard truck you know with a 2.5 litre in line 4 cylinder and a 5 speed manual so its pretty slow but its quick it jump to top speed in a bout a 1/4 mile and stop on a dime it looks rusty and slow but looks are deceiving!! Pros: Dont get to close it might bite Cons: its mean and im driving |

Burns Tires Off With Ease — It has a 4.3 ltr engine and it has plenty of power its hard to keep tires on lol. the worst thing about it is the transmission they are hard to find to replace one. over time the drivers dorr has a sqeaky rattle in it which is the rods for the lock and door handle. if i drive sanely it is not to bad but when i have mario andretti flash backs it loves to drink. otherwise i have no complaints about. Primary Use: Commuting to work Pros: the pwoer for the v-6 Cons: any transmission issues i wouldnt recomend it unless u have about 700-1000. bucks for a tranny. |

Very Dependable And Stylish. — Great little truck that I bought used. It originally used to be a work truck so it needed some body work and I am still upgrading the interior. I love the body style with plenty of leg room. I have had to perform very few repairs and it has been very dependable. It is a blast to drive with the 2.8 V6 and manual transmission and still gets about 25 MPG. Primary Use: Commuting to work Pros: Body Style Cons: Small Engine |

Suprisingly Not Bad — When i got the little truck it was just supposed to be temporary transportation and then i got got suprised, i actually like the thing, pretty quick, brakes great, corners ok for a truck. some mods have been done to the 4.3 but not sure what they all are due to the previous owners wife is the one who sold me the truck Primary Use: Commuting to work Pros: its good on gas and still have a truck bed Cons: not much room |

It has a 3in body lift on it now and clears 33s no prob ive had this truck up to the center of the doors in mud/water and dorve right out. '91 S-10 — The S10 is a very good truck platform, especially for younger drivers. The 2.8 is a very good engine that can last for many good miles. Overall performance is good, and with a performance clutch, it can be very fun to drive. The only drawback that I have seen is the lighter load capabilities, where I am used to bigger trucks. This is the second '91 S10 that I have had. They are very easy to work on and the aftermarket products are abundant to make it "yours". Primary Use: Commuting to work Pros: smaller size makes it ideal in big city situations, good fuel economy, easy to work on and customize Cons: lighter load capacities, 2.8 radiator is specific to 2.8, |
