1989 Chevrolet S-10Review

Need-a-cheapass-truck? — This little S10 could do it all. Always started and ran fine. I would recommend this to anyone short on money that needs a good truck.

Pros: Nice little 2.8L V6.  Not much V6 power but is very reliable.  Everything seemed to work fine on this truck.  Not on an oil burner.

Cons: Look out for an extremely rusty undercarriage.  The manual transmission would sometimes neglect to go into 1st gear unless the truck was at a dead stop.  This only happened when cold.

I Love It — This car is awesome to drive, it looks good and can take some abuse. There are very many different things that can be done with it to change the appearance. There is also room to change the engine around to what would be the right power for you..

Pros: Cause it is an S-10 what more do u need.

Cons: There are none

I got this truck for a daily driver and for the snow. It drives great and handles very good in the snow. Only things bad are the size of the truck bed and it eats through gas with its V6 engine. Read More

Great 4x4 Midsize By John
