Probably Gonna Get Buried In It! — Bought the car this summer, had to have it when I saw it! the thing handles like it's on flypaper, but the stock 305 is a bit lacking in the grunt end. it has a TON of highway k on it, but hasn't been abused which is a rarity in the 3rd gen f-body these days!

Pros: it's glued to the road

    Cons: needs more power

Iroc-z — The best car from the 80s that isn't a Corvette, or a Buick station wagon. Great pickup, great build quality, excellent reliability. Easy access to both NOS and aftermarket parts. Lots of fun to drive, have even driven it in the snow! Awesome gas mileage as well, due to the TPI system.

Pros: Acceleration, handling, looks, comfort, equipment, build quality.

    Cons: None.

My Thought On 3rd Gen Camaro's — stock engine options have no power. So i swapped the 305 for a 70's 350 that im rebuilding to be over 400 horse. I dont like how they designed the exhaust because it makes dual exhausts really hard to do. The car hands alright but 3rd gen suspensions are nothing compared to 4th gens. Plus 4th gens are way easier to upgrade and stock come with nearly 200 horse more then 3rd gens, but 3rd gens look more muscular and beefy so once you swap or do up the motor and do some suspension tweeking and exhaust customization then their kickass. Basically all in all 3rd gens make a great first project car, because their body shouldnt be a huge rust bucket and everything should be nearly fine other then wanting to put your own spin on the car. And one of the best parts is these cars turn heads, but mine will lift skirts with the ponies it will have raging under the hood.

Pros: great first car for anyone more into muscle cars then imports.

Cons: isnt great on gas but was never built for that anyways

1987 Iroc-z28 Camaro — It has that classic muslce car rumble. Lights up the tires with ease. The 350 MTP engine gets you up to speed with hardly touching the gas. I put a pair of SLP Stainless ceramic coated headers on it. Mobil 1 in engine, trans and rear end. Also K&N OEM air fileters, Accel 8.8 plugs wires, air foil.

    Pros: Fun to Drive, Fast,

Cons: Stiff ride, Police take notice!!

High Hopes — In the prosses of building it up,motor is strong, but want it stronger, just did all the body work on it,it still needs alot of work,I like the out side looks of the car and in side is very roomy, not great on gas ,but not the reason I bought it,have high hopes for it....

    Pros: sharp looking

    Cons: gas mileage

Great For My First Car — The interior was okay. the driver seat had a little tear in it and never got around to fix that. Had to put in a new dash and lots of other stuff to get it running how it should. Had bout 270hp and 390lbs/ft

    Pros: had power

Cons: gas hog and no air conditioner

Camaro #2 Of 3 — This is my second 1987 Camaro. The first one turned into a car-b-q after 210,000 miles (complications resulting from a poorly seated fuel line..oh well, my bad), but it only left me stranded twice in 10 years. If I could combine the old Camaro with the new one, I'd have the perfect car. I can't wait for the 5th gen Camaros to come out so that I can get my next car!

Pros: Low mileage (50k), cool 16" rims, awesome Pioneer stereo, special edition upholstery, decent MPG (still getting 18 MPG average) for a muscle car.

Cons: T-Tops leak when it rains hard, automatic transmission

Good, Solid, Rare Iroc — 1987 IROC Z28 305 V8 auto 2.73 open rear completely stock (ugh) it leaked, was slow, but very reliable and got lots of looks and comments It looked great and handled amazing, just didn't have the power or fun of a stick to back it up.

    Pros: rare, good looking, reliable

Cons: leaked in the rain, slow, auto
