1983 Mini — The original is a brilliant car and a patriotic statement. Being british it means that people will respect you. The fun factor. It is amazing through corniers. You could out handle and Ferrari. I've done it! I would recomment this car to anyone. Especially girls becuase they will find this car very cute.

Pros: Everything

Cons: Not Many

Crap But Tough Lil Fing! — i once owned a austin-rover mini 1986. and te worst car i've ever bought. hadn't had it a second without it breaking down. very un-reliable. although when it come to it, it was tough as an ox. it ended its life flipping into a ditch after spinning on the m55. and landing on its roof. luckily only myself and girlfriend in the car and both of us walked away from the crash with nothing but seat belt scratches.

Pros: tough as an ox!

Cons: too un-reliable!

Mini City E —

The Mini is lots of fun on the twisty country roads and grips the corners. In the city it is easy to throw about in traffic and to park. You won't set a world speed record in a standard 1.0 A series engined Mini, but if you are realistic about what you expect it has more than enough go if get the gear and revs right. It is cheep to run and fairly reliable if you look after the electrics at the front of the engine bay and keep well lubricated. When it does go wrong it, which it will to is cheep to fix and not normally terminal. Build quality is typically British, doors are prone to dropping so they click and clunk when opening. Panel alignment and fitting won't be the same on either side of the car. If you don't look after the Body work with them oils and waxes, you can actually watch your Mini dissolve before your very eyes, so watch your rear sub frame, A panels, sills, the seems- In fact anywhere for rot. Minis are very basic inside (less to go wrong) They are not too comfortable on a long journey, but you can forgive it as it is practical as there are many storage places. All in all a very entertaining car.

Pros: Handling, fuel economy and looks.

Cons: Build quality, rot and over heating.
