1980 Ford Mustang Sedan RWDReview

Amazing — I love my car, I only paid $450 for it, everything is ORIGINAL and when I bought it mind you it is over 33 years old it only had 78,954 miles on it. I am the 2nd owner of this vehicle. It needs to be restored, which I am currently working on as I drive it Primary Use: Family transportation Pros: All original when I bought it Cons: needs to be restored ![]() Looking for a Used Mustang in your area?CarGurus has 26,186 nationwide Mustang listings starting at $1,000. |

To Get It Finished — big block ford motor in a small Mustang it's going to be one fast fox body when I get my but in gear and get it finished. Right now its red but it's going to be white with weld wheels and a lot of plastis and fiber glass parts. Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.) Pros: big block fox body Cons: really poor fuel milage |

Mustang — Fords and I don't work well. I tend to blow them up! I should have known better than to buy a yellow mustang! What was I thinking? Black leather seats??? So not the car for me. The engine blew after six months - faulty radiator plug. Primary Use: Commuting to work Pros: Leather seats? Cons: Ford |

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.) Pros: Solid Washington state car Cons: none |

Old Reliable — it was a good first car. I had to give it up when the crate holding the drivers seat up broke. lol Good gas mileage. The clutch was replaced and it didn't seem to run right after that. I also had the gas tank replaced as I would put 5 bucks in before school and be on e after school. lol Pros: well built little car Cons: engine was a bit weak. 2.7 L should not be allowed in mustangs |
