College Car — My college car. Quick and well handling, got me more tickets than any other I've owned. Not the biggest car but hauled my stuff back and forth to school. Great looking design penned by Giugiaro that still looks good today. I'd buy one now to add to my garage for sure. Pros: Design and performance Cons: Tight backseat, twitchy electrical system ![]() Looking for a Used Scirocco in your area?CarGurus has 1 nationwide Scirocco listings and the tools to find you a great deal. |

I Love My Rocco — There are VWs, then there are Sciroccos. Built for VW drivers that want a little more style in their ride without having to take out a second mortgage to do so. A used base Scirocco is cheap, usually found in the paper for about $1000 then the sky is the limit for the performance mods you can do Pros: small engine great on gas Cons: small engine, under perfromer, little leg room for back passengers |

Great Version Of Vag's Early Water Cooled Technology — The one that started my VW passion. Engine swap gave decent power. I think this is the best of '80s coup styling. Pros: Best interior/exterior styling for a coup for two decades. Cons: The Scirocco never had enough power. VW finally came close introducing the 16V in '86. |

Vw Sciroco Gtii By Tony2259
The mark II Scirocco is possibly the most under rated of all VWs. Picked up for less than the price of a night on the p1ss, the reliable old Rocco will, if looked after, run forever. This is certainl... Read More

Performance - This car is quick enough as standard, but after a few light mods it can be very quick off the mark. Handling as standard is fun, but ideally needs lowering on stiffer springs and a lower... Read More
